EXECUTIVE SUMMARY

The project titled The Study of Training and development Programmed for the employees at ABC is a study of the different training development programmers used for the employees in the company. It gives general idea of the different training programs undertaken in the organization. The project report is about the training & development programs for the employees. In the initial chapter of literature review we learn that Human resource department designs & organizes different trainings & development programmers for the employees which further helps them in future development. Training and development activities are the main mechanism through which individual goals aspirations can be integrated with organizational goals. We also learn from literature review that there are mainly two types of methods of training, on the job & off the job. Different methods are used to conduct the training to make it successful. Lecture, Conference, Group discussion (G.D) is some of them. In the research methodology, the detailed project description is discussed. This chapter lists the report objectives & its scope. Primary & Secondary data was used for the study. Questionnaire was used to collect the primary data. The questionnaire was also useful for the analysis of employees perception towards the training programmers. Secondary data was taken from the course books, companys magazine etc.
