COURSE DESCRIPTION
Examines the applications of ethical principles through consideration of typical problem areas encountered in organizations. he course focuses on the ethical perspecti!es of business decision ma"ing and policy de!elopment in a !ariety of "ey areas including indi!idual beha!ior# human resource management# $or" en!ironments# mar"eting# property rights# and international business. he analysis of case situations $ill illustrate the application of !arious ethical approaches %utility# indi!idual rights# and &ustice' in managing organizations.
