JAKARTA DMR is used for multiple choice test correction, questionnaire, and data entry for variety of forms. DMR users are governmental institution and private company for performance appraisal & marketing questionnaire plus universities to high schools for enrolment test until daily examination. DMR is an application that enables common Automatic Document Feeder (ADF) image scanner to perform mark reading function (turned defined black area as data). DMR works with any kind of scanners that has TWAIN driver and mostly with those which have border removal option. DMR digunakan untuk pemeriksaan ujian pilihan ganda, kuesioner maupun entri data beragam form isian. DMR digunakan oleh lembaga pemerintah maupun perusahaan swasta untuk penilaian kinerja hingga kuesioner marketing, serta pada universitas hingga sekolah menengah untuk ujian masuk hingga ujian harian. DMR adalah program komputer yang memungkinkan Anda untuk memanfaatkan scanner gambar ADF (pemindai yang dilengkapi Automatic Document Feeder) untuk melakukan fungsi pembacaan tanda, mengartikan daerah yang dihitamkan sebagai data. DMR enables you to design an input form without any programming knowledge required. If you are already familiar with office application such as Microsoft Powerpoint, it will be easy for you to use DMR. After completing the design stage, the design result can be printed using laser on inkjet printer and can be duplicated using copying machine or even printing machine.

PERFORMANCE IS YOUR CHOICE

DMR gives you flexible option to choose your own preference on scanners according to their speed, price and heavy-duty capability. The speed and daily capacity will depend on the scanner that you have chosen and the computer that you use, not by the software. DMR has been tested with scanner with speed of 125 ppm (pages per minutes) and the result proves that the software operation will not constraint hardware performance.

INEXPENSIVE OPERATIONAL COST

By creating your own design, you will save the cost for form design that was usually performed by the vendor. DMR form can use 70gsm/80gsm, full/half, A4/folio/custom paper. If you only need about a hundred copies of the form, you may choose using copying machine to duplicate instead of printing machine. Before filling the form, the users don't have to provide 2B pencil and rubber because it can be filled with pen or marker and can be corrected with correction pen. Finally, the huge cost will be cut off.

The results of the extraction of the GIF images were saved in text files that can be exported to Microsoft Excel directly, so you can create any kind of models of report according to your requirement.
