MANIFESTATION WITH URGENT MOTION
COMES NOW the undersigned counsel, before the Honorable
Court, hereby moves to disqualify Atty. Eldrige Marvin B. Aceron and
states that:
1. He hereby manifests that he is the counsel of the herein
plaintiffs in connection with the incident subject of this case of which
he has a pecuniary interest.
2. The appearance of Atty. Aceron as counsel of the herein
plaintiffs, is without legal basis. Undersigned shall hereafter file an
extensive pleading to support the disqualification of Atty. Aceron.
3. In view thereof, there is need to suspend the proceedings
until after the propriety of Atty. Acerons appearance is resolved.
PRAYER
WHEREFORE, premises considered, undersigned counsel most
respectfully prays of the Honorable Court that (i) this manifestation
be noted; (ii) he be allowed to intervene in this case; and, (iii) the
proceedings in this case be suspended in the meantime until after the
issue of representation of counsel for plaintiff is finally resolved.
Undersigned counsel prays for such other just reliefs.
