To resolve this issue, follow these steps: 1.

If the Lexmark print service is installed on your computer, turn off the LexBce Server service. Test whether the issue is resolved. If the issue is resolved, you do not have to follow the remainin! steps. If the issue is not resolved, !o to step 2, and then follow the remainin! steps. 2. Start the computer in Safe #ode 3. If you have a local printer attached, disconnect the printer ca$le from the computer, and then restart the computer. 12. >erify that the 'rint Spooler service is runnin!. If you have a local printer attached, reconnect the printer ca$le to the computer, add the printer that you want, and then try to print a test pa!e. To add your printer, follow these steps:

a. lick Start, and then click 'rinters and @axes. $. lick &dd a printer. The &dd 'rinter 4iEard starts. c. @ollow the instructions in the &dd 'rinter 4iEard to install the printer that you want.
