RENTAL TERMS & CONDITIONS
1. The rate above included of operator, operation and maintainence cost, unless stated.
2. Diesel without contaminated should be supplied by your company, the rate above not inclided
diesel.
3. If wet day or insufficient work occur then a 4 hours standby time will be applied per working day.
4. If hire period less than 2 months, the mobilization RM ________ & demobilization RM ________
will be bond by your company. KK EQUIPMENT will responsible for the demobilization if more
than 2 months.
5. Payment should be made within 2 weeks from the date of invoice. The OWNER have right to
terminate this agreement immediately upon failure of RENTER to make rental payment when due
or 1.5% of interest charges per month will apply on the overdue payment.
6. One month advance deposit should be paid to KK EQUIPMENT upon signing agreement.
7. No subletting Assignment. No equipment shall be sublet by RENTER, nor shall be Assign or
transfer any interest in this Agreement without consent of OWNER.
8. The OWNER makes no responsible for any loss due to machinery down time. OWNER should fix
the machine as soon as possible.
9. The RENTER shall responsible for machinery security if any lost or stolen after working hour or a
proper storage place should be provided.
10. The RENTER shall not remove the equipment from the address of the RENTER or the location
shown herein as the place of use of the equipment without prior written approval of the OWNER.
The RENTER shall inform the OWNER upon demand of the exact location of the equipment while
it is in the RENTERSS possession.
