ne% e0uipment( 'iagnose e0uipment brea"do%ns and action repairs %&ere possible( Be a$ailable to attend training sessions( uper$ise e4ternal contractors %&en in t&eir rele$ant section( )or" closel# %it& t&e team to assist in de$eloping s"ills and transferring "no%ledge across t&e engineering team( /nal#se data and find solutions to impro$e M+E performance( )or" closel# %it& inbound* outbound* and ot&er support teams on a dail# basis to ensure direction of labour* and planned acti$ities full# support operation( Reporting and monitoring of data for automation and maintenance acti$ities( Maintain and impro$e performance to ma4imise efficienc# of operation in line %it& 2P3s( /ssisting in de$elopment of planned maintenance s#stem( 3n$ol$ement %it& pro1ects %it&in t&e business to de$elop an effecti$e engineering install and solution( upport and propose inno$ati$e ideas to en&ance t&e %are&ouse or engineering functions and impro$e t&e general running of t&e business( 'eli$er a &ig& a$ailabilit# le$el %it&in t&e operation to ma4imise our customer e4perience( Ensure site standards are &ig&( /n e4cellence approac& to all acti$ities and site standards %it&in #our area( medium* %&et&er directl# to operation or team leader on occasion of brea"do%n* or full reporting after t&e e$ent to ensure an accurate record is maintained designing maintenance strategies* procedures and met&ods(
