First Experience with Psychic Development- Psychometry

Introduction For a while I had been meaning to work on developing the psychic skills many believe we are all born with. The theory is that our society pre ers logical reasoning over intuition! so we unlearn our natural psychic skills. I too believe this. I inally ound the time to start working on rebuilding my psychic nature...

For as long as I can remember! I have had a deep-seated desire to see i I could connect with my innate psychic powers. It wasn"t until recent years that I ully understood that it"s possible to do so! and or some it"s pretty easy. #y spirit guides have told me in various ways that it won"t be hard or me to re ine my psychic skills. $ince having received a ew o those messages rom my guides I had been dying to make some headway! but time seemed to always get the better o me. %ately! or one reason or another! a ew time consuming pro&ects I had been working on ell to the wayside. 'nce they had! I decided to ree up some time! and dismissed the at times cumbersome pro&ects entirely. Freeing up that time enables me to work on my psychic development I chose to begin by reading the best books I could get my hands on on the sub&ect.

The First (ook I )hose* +ow to ,ead the -ura! Practice Psychometry! Telepathy and )lairvoyance by ..E. (utler* This is the book I started with! I am still working on it! but have read enough to make an observation. This book! in many listings is described as being in simple language. That may be so! but the author speaks in circles! over- explaining many things. -lso! he does something that really ticks me - he delivers a partial message without explaining! he &umps to something else! then &umps back to his partial explanation rom be ore! repeats it and continues/ The book could easily have been written on one third o the amount o pages it contains. That said! there is some valuable in ormation in it. I can"t say exactly how much because as stated! I am not inished reading it yet.

I haven"t started to read these next ew books yet. -ll three had good reviews available to peruse on the Internet. I read about a third o the way in to the ..E. (utler book and I decided to give psychometry a go. Psychometry is de ined as taking an ob&ect and eeling the energy it holds6

and using intuitive skills to perceive any message that can be derived rom experiencing the historical energy held within that ob&ect. I hope my story encourages a reader or two to try psychometry by showing how easily it"s done. It is believed by many to be the logical irst step to opening up ones hidden psychic talents6 that"s why I began my psychic &ourney with it. I wasn"t expecting results on my irst attempt at psychometry6 I elt it would take time to strengthen the skill to any signi icantly detectable level. I had &ust taken a break rom reading my book and was sitting in bed. I took the item which I chose to read! it was already in my hand - a lashlight. I chose to sit it on my orehead. Please understand that this was my very irst attempt at psychometry! so it was shocking to me. I didn"t get it! so I thought it was my imagination working overtime and went back to my book. - while later I took another break rom reading and leaned over to look at the clock. I was surprised at what I saw sitting beside it! even though it had been there or some time. I had orgotten about it. It was a pentacle bookmark. The pentacle charm on it is enclosed in a circle. That"s what I saw appear as I held the lashlight/ They always sit next to each other6 I had totally missed this when considering why the lashlight would show me such an image. %ater on the same day I wanted to try psychometry again. I took the new wand I had purchased. It was resin cast and actory made. I didn"t see an image that time! I saw an energy ield. It was strongly tur:uoise. I got the eeling o a story rom it. The tur:uoise energy mass told me that the wand came rom a success ul business where the environment was or the most part! happy and relatively well conducive to communication. The slight excess o depth in tone told me that the one drawback the workers in the actory had was that they at times elt that communication was blocked. I have no way to con irm or dispute the message I got rom the wand! but the act that it was so clear tells me that it was a great start. Every one has to start somewhere so I won"t sweat over whether or not it was right. I am ully satis ied that I had a result. #y point in writing this! is to let those o you who want to have psychic skills know that they were born into you.
