The multifunctional, electronically temperature-controlled ERSA Rework 80 soldering and desoldering station is the all-round station for repair work on SMD and mixed technology assemblies. The RW 803 supply unit provides a constant high output of power and has an integrated vacuum pump and SMD placer. The HCS 800 G control unit precisely meters the hot-air stream of the hot air soldering and desoldering iron and also controls the working temperature. The electronic TCD 800 control unit with digital display allows the temperature of the SMD soldering irons tip to be continuously monitored, and controls the temperature range of the desoldering tweezers. All four SMD tools can be used at the same time and controlled separately. The highly accurate hot-air stream of the HSP 80 hot-air soldering and desoldering iron allows you to work on either single or multilead components. The revolutionary ERSA Micro tool (CTA 20) and the ERSA Micro Well tip allow you to install FinePitch components in a matter of seconds. The TC 40 SMD desoldering tweezers allow you to desolder eveything from MELFs and MINI-MELFs to SOIC packages and PLCCs. The VAC-Pen vacuum placer enables precise handling of SMT components. With its versatile tools and modular design, the ERSA Rework 80 is the ideal station for repair work on all types of PCBs.

The electronically temperaturecontrolled SMD soldering station ANALOG 20 A offers maximum flexibility and is fully antistatic. The ERSA ANALOG 20 A comprises a wide range of ERSADUR soldering tips with max. heat transferability allowing SMD and conventional components to be soldered safely, quickly and efficiently.
