Performance Improvement and Key Cost Savings initiatives Renegotiated global warehousing contract to initiate a transactional variable pricing model; achieved 7% cost reduction. Developed low touch distribution model to gain advantage from the transactional variable pricing model for an estimated additional 8-12% cost reduction.
