Nandagira block, Rajbasa block, mahulsukha block and Lohandangar block. Presently the mining operations have been concentrated at Nandagira block only. Mining operations are being carried out by semi mechanized means by maintaining height and width of benches at 5 m and 9 m respectively. Quarry Q-1N is merged with quarries 5b & 5C due to continuity of vein of the ore body. Environment protective measures like Retaining wall, Garland drain and settling pond all along bottom periphery of waste dump in Nandagira block has been maintained.
