SUPERVISION JOURNAL was founded in 1982 by Dr. William Allan Kritsonis. The
journal was founded in the interest of publishing original artiles on a !ariety of !iewpoints
for persons interested in eduational administration and super!ision.

others represent the osmopolitan readership of the NFEAS JOURNAL.
A funtion of the NFEAS JOURNAL is to strengthen the established ommon bond
among professors in higher eduation and pratiing shool administrators and super!isors.
The NFEAS JOURNAL see$s to help maintain a healthy mutual respet and awareness of the
roles# the problems# and the progress of eduational administration and super!ision in all
appropriate settings.

SUPERVISION JOURNAL is a nationally reogni%ed sholarly publiation. The NFEAS
JOURNAL is a refereed professional journal intended for national audienes. &anusripts
are rigorously e!aluated and reommended for national publiation by members of the
'ational (oard of )n!ited Distinguished *urors representing the NFEAS JOURNAL. Any
manusript published in the NFEAS JOURNAL shall reei!e fi!e affirmati!e !otes from the
national board. )t is imperati!e the sholarly# intelletual# reati!e# and ethial integrity of the
NFEAS JOURNAL be ensured.
MANUSCRIPTS: +e,uirements of the NATIONAL FORUM OF EDUCATIONAL
ADMINISTRATION AND SUPERVISION JOURNA- are that manusripts be submitted
in tripliate# typed double.spaed in a fi/ed.pith font 0e/1 Times 'ew +oman2 and typially
be 3 to 24 pages. The writer5s name# title# affiliation# telephone# and omplete address and the
date of submission should be on a separate o!er page# and only on this page to ensure
anonymity in the re!iewing proess. Writers should inlude on separate pages an abstrat of
144.134 words# and on another separate page a brief biographial summary of 34.63 words.
A 7D should also be inluded. The NFEAS JOURNAL re,uires writers to submit
manusripts following the tehnial speifiations set forth in the "ubliation &anual of the
Amerian "syhologial Assoiation 0most urrent edition2.
The NFEAS JOURNAL reser!es the right to edit and adapt manusripts for bre!ity#
larity# and onsisteny. +ejeted manusripts are not returned unless the writer pro!ides a
self.addressed en!elope with the neessary postage.
