Executive summary:
The outsourcing organizations contribute a lot in today's business world. The HRSG is one of the well-
known outsourcing organizations that provides work force to other companies (clients) in order to help
them in performing their tasks in a better way. For the better analysis of HR department we conduct a
survey to HRS Global.HRS Global (HRSG) is a leader in the HR services industry; creating and
delivering services that enable their clients to succeed in a highly competitive market place. In our survey
we analyze the HR Department of HRS Global. The HR department contributes a lot in the success of
HRS Global. There is a proper system of recruitment in the organization and the selection of employees is
done on fair basis. The HRSG also provides proper orientation and training to their new comer employees
that help them to understand the work place easily. Many incentives, rewards and benefits are also
provided to the employees for their motivation. The friendly culture is the strength of HRSG that helps
the employees to work with interest and make them feel comfortable at their work place. Due to the open
door policy (followed by HRS Global) there is a strong bonding between superiors and subordinates and
this is the reason that the number of clients of HRSG is increasing day by day.

Human resource management (HRM or simply HR) is a function in organizations designed to maximize
employee performance in service of their employers strategic objectives. HR is primarily concerned with
how people are managed within organizations, focusing on policies and systems.
HR's duties may be performed by trained professionals. In larger companies, an entire functional group is
typically dedicated to the discipline, with staff specializing in various HR tasks and functional leadership
engaging in strategic decision making across the business.
In the current global work environment, all global companies are focused on retaining the talent and
knowledge held by the workforce.

PURPOSE OF SURVEY

The purpose of survey is to identify the quality and quantity of the organization as well as of employees.
The survey shows a great opportunity for ourselves it enhance the knowledge of about human resources
management and to know the weakness and strength of its department.
The main purpose of survey is that we get to know about the people who mainly involved to the
concerned department. And to observe how they manages their situations and handle their problems.
The purpose of a survey is to define and measure the quality of a service and to identify the gaps between
minimum, desired, and perceived service levels. It aids one to find the areas that need improvement.
It is also important to measure the quality of a service and to identify the gaps between minimum

It includes the diversity and inclusion policies and practices of the organization.

RECRUITMENT OF SELECTION AND ORIENTATION:
The process of selecting and attracting the required number of candidates by providing those tempting
benefits and opportunities is called recruitment.
The HRS GLOBAL has a proper system of recruiting the candidates. The company advertises their jobs
by publishing them in newspapers or sending job adds on their official website or on other sites like
linked in etc. the job advertisements include all the job descriptions like rules
and regulation benefits and opportunities working hour etc. the required qualification skill s and
responsibility are also listed in it so that it will be helpful for the candidates to select the most appropriate
job according to their skills and qualification.
The selection is the process of deciding the most appropriate applicants out of many candidates. The HRS
GLOBAL selects the employees by identifying the job requirment
Example a managerial level job will be totally different from the job of lower level so the company has to
select the employees systematically in accordance with the relevant field and qualification.
The process of introducing the company`s objectives, rules, experiences, facilities etc. The new comer
employees is called orientation .The HRS GLOBAL provides a proper orientation to their employee, in
order to make them comfortable with the work environment before they start their work and also to create
a strong bonding with them.
TRAINING AND DEVE LOPEMENT:
Training is providing the employees a learning experience to achieve the short term goals,
While development programs are provided in order to achieve long term task. The HRS GLOBAL is the
organization that is providing both the training and development. The HRS GLOBAL provides on the job
training, class training on projectors, online training, team building developments programs and personal
development programs.


PERFORMANCE APPRAISEL:
The measurement of the performance of employees on the basis of how they work and how much they are
keen to learn new things is performance appraisal. The HRS GLOBAL ask their clients to share the
performance of employees with them. The clients fill up their appraisals and send them to HRS
GLOBAL. In this way the employees performance is measured and the benefits and increments are
provided to the employees according to their good performance.

BENEFITS:
The opportunities given to the employees in order to motivate them and boost their self-esteem is the
benefits. The HRS GLOBAL provide medical facilities i.e (opd, hospitalization). The employees are
allowed to take 14 leave and 8 sick and 8 casual leaves. It also provides separate benefit i.e gratuity and
provident fund.

PROBLEM FACED BY HUMAN RESOURCES:
1. Human resource department face challenges at the time when they hire a wrong person for
the respective job.
2. It faces challenge when the employee`s is not doing their best.
3. At the time of hiring they think of taking the useless interviews.
4. They face problem when any employee`s take a leave without informing to the company.
5. It face challenges when any employee`s is not in the quality management.
6. They face the leadership development.
7. They also face the trade unions when the employs goes to strike because human resource
management provide good workers of the environment.

STRENGTH OF THE ORGANIZATION:
1. The main strength of the organization is they create a very friendly environment.
2. Every employee`s is doing their best working hard.
3. Whenever one of them face problem everybody unite to solve it.
4. Bonding with each other create an example of friendly.
5. None alone can bare a problem.
6. They create an open door policy that everyone can walk out in casual manner.


WEAKNESS OF THE ORGANIZATION:
1. They dont provide compensation to their employees
2. The company dont provide transportation facility to their employees

HRS Global Company was start their operation in 1992 and still continuously offered by customer to
compete their international world. Their employee`s and workers are also experienced and highly
motivated who manage all documentation, HRS Global also invest in building image and identity in the
local and international market.
HRS Global use many social communicating network like face book, Skype , LinkedIn for reaching and
connecting with their customers and make better relationship in the international world. HRS Global
believes in high performance and creating best understanding with their customers needs and wants.
HRS Global have global network with their international clients to deliver excellent service. HRS Global
also provide medical health facility toothier employees and export 80% for the economic benefit.

ANALYSIS OF department
Their HR department activities is to motivate and satisfy their employees by providing different type of
benefits like medical facility , incentives , salary and so on HRS Global use ASTM (American standard
society test) for hiring process and give adds through websites , newspapers , and magazines. They also
arrange training programs for their employees. HRSG Outsourcing has developed a Vendor Managed
Services (VMS) model. Our VMS customers often engage our associates consultants on a project-to-
project basis for specific business activities. Short-term assignments work well for minimizing project
overload, reducing staff cost and meeting deadlines, or they may add long-term or project oriented
workforce to augment their core staff and infuse new talent into their operations

In 21 century its very important every organization should Hr department to help the process of
recruitment and selection of employee if the right employee hire the company success is high. HRS

When management establishes targets in their human resource plan, management should make
sure that strategies are recognized to attain those targets.
We should think risk-ranking human resource gaps as a means of setting priorities given limited
resources and to maximize results.

We should train staff by giving them training, internships so that they can work effectively and
efficiently.

We should do recruitment of selection of staff on basis of their qualification, confidence level,
technical skills, interviewing to determine his or her ability to perform the job.

attributes, experiences, qualification etc. that are necessary for a particular kind of job.

Answer: The biggest strength of the organization is its friendly culture.the HRS global follows an open
door policy where all the employees are allowed to share their opinions and the mistakes are taken as an
experience, so that the employees can take interest in their work and feel stress free at work place.

Answer: In business world outsourcing is a process of contracting to third party(clients) in order
to hand over the required number of employees to the clients to perform certain functions.
4. What is provident fund?

Answer: Provident fund is a benefit that companies provide to their employees in which a portion
from the salaries of employees and a portion from the salary of the organization as a whole is
deducted and added to the account of the employee.

5. What is gratuity fund?

Answer: Gratuity is the separation benefit in which the amount of the current salary(at the end of
each year) is added in the account of the employee and then a lump sum amount of money is paid
to the worker at the time of retirement.

6. What is your ultimate objective?

Answer: Our ultimate objective is to assist our clients make distinctive, substantial, and lasting
improvements in their human capital management.

7. Do you motivate your employees?

Answer: Yes a lot if they had done a small work in an efficient manner we definitely motivate
them in this way they work more efficient manner.

8. As we have talk about the hiring what about the firing?
Answer: it depends on the situation. As we have never seen or fired someone.
Our employees never give us chance to do this they are more energetic in their work

Answer: It is very friendly we do the open door policy for everyone. If we have some issues or
queries we try to resolve it equally.
