from his pants. Officers ordered the male to drop the
firearm. Three officers fired their service weapons when
the male pointed the rifle at the officers.

08-031191 26-Apr-08 A robbery and kidnapping suspect attempted to flee by
driving a vehicle into an occupied police vehicle. Five
officers discharged their firearms striking the suspect.

after hearing the gunshots.

10-004217 20-Jan-10 During an in progress robbery, an armed suspect shot at
an officer and then fled on foot into a confrontation
with OPD officers. Four officers discharged their
weapons at the suspect.

firearm towards the second officer. The second officer
