    AssignmentDescription
    Selectionandcontractingwillnormallybemadefromresponsestothisrequestforexpressionofinterest.Theconsultantwillbeselectedfromashortlist,subjecttoavailabilityoffunding.
    TheMinistryofAgricultureoftheRepublicofTajikistan(theClient),hasretainedIFCPPPTransactionAdvisory(IFC)topromoteinvestmentintothecoldstoragesectorinTajikistan.The
    Clientwillprovidewithlandaccessibletotransport,potablewaterandelectricity,andhelpinvestorsobtainpermits.Allnewfacilitiesshouldbecosteffective,takingintoaccountbothcapital
    expenditureandoperatingcosts,haveausefullifeofnotlessthan20years,andfollowbestpracticesforenvironmentalprotection.
    IFCisseekingproposalsfromlawfirms(theLawyers)qualifiedtopracticeinTajikistan,whoarewellexperiencedinthefiledoftheassignmentwishingtoadviseIFC.

    SUBMISSIONREQUIREMENTS
    TheWorldBanknowinviteseligibleconsultantstoindicatetheirinterestinprovidingtheservices.Interestedconsultantsmustprovideinformationindicatingthattheyarequalifiedto
    performtheservices(brochures,descriptionofsimilarassignments,experienceinsimilarconditions,availabilityofappropriateskillsamongstaff,etc.forfirmsCVandcoverletterfor
    individuals).Pleasenotethatthetotalsizeofallattachmentsshouldbelessthan5MB.Consultantsmayassociatetoenhancetheirqualifications.
    Interestedconsultantsareherebyinvitedtosubmitexpressionsofinterest.
