Recruitment Coordinator

*Sourcing profiles through different channels - head hunting, Internal database, Employee referrals, networking,
portals, networking sites
*Interacting with the candidates and scrutinizing them based on various parameters like their communication skills,
qualification and technical skills, etc. in order to find out candidate job fit.
*Vendor Management - Worked with placement consultancies to close positions on priority.
*Scanning the profiles, sending them to the Hiring Leader and scheduling the short listed candidates for interviews.
Following up with the Technical Panels after each round of interview until offer is made.
*Preparing feedback reports in MS-Excel for Recruitment and updating them on regular basis to present to
management.
*Interact with Business and Managers on regular basis to understand the requirements, co-ordinate the interviews &
to take the process till end.
*On boarding each new joinee, Planning PHO Program, Coordinate the joining formalities of the new hires by
document verification, Proper links filled.
*Taking HR Round, on selection, negotiating the salary with the candidate and arranging for the offer letters and other
formalities and following-up to ensure their joining with the organization.







. Raising requisitions on career website.

. Once the requisition is raised, mail the same to the hiring leader and ask for availability for a hiring intake.

. Send reminders to the approvers for requisitions raised so that the requisition is approved by all on time is posted on
career track.

. Determine applicant requirements by studying job description and job qualifications.

. Determine applicant qualifications by interviewing applicants; analyzing responses; verifying references; comparing
qualifications to job requirements.

. Source and shortlist resumes from the job portals like naukri, Linked, monster etc.

. Choose the right profile for the right requirement.

. Have a detailed call with the candidate regarding the profile.

. Arranges management interviews by coordinating schedules, escorting applicant to interviews.

. Once the interview is completed, ensure to get a written feedback from hiring leaders on time so that the next round
of interview is scheduled and the position is closed within the TAT.

. Provide feedback to the candidates

. Once the offer mail is send to the candidates, ensure that he accepts the same within 24 hours.

. Prepare an entire database of the candidate once the offer is accepted by him.

. Share the entire database with the talent -acquisition operations team so that the offer letter can be prepared by
them.

. Ensure internal and external closures on career website.

. Follow-up with external candidates on getting their documents (Highest qualification degree, pancard, ID proof,
Residence proof etc) on their date of joining.

. Fully co-ordinate with the candidate till he joins American Express.
