Lower cable entry: for electricity, grounding.

Other penetration entries: two 80mm for split air-conditioning.

All penetrations must be good sealed.

should be separated in the proximity of the shelter. The
separation makes an easier access for later interventions on the
grounding cables.
NOTE: For the shelters installed on the sites with generator power supply
an inlet must be foreseen in order to plug in an emergency mobile power
generator if the generator power supply is not working.

Roof

Only one roof will be used with min. slope of 1%, the floor must
be able to support a passage of a person. The panels shall be
tongued, grooved and connected using a camlock system. The
roof should be watertight and should evacuate all water (no
water stagnation).

A self-protected APP modified bitumen water proofing
membrane with composite polyester reinforcement will be
applied on the upper surface of the roof.

Door
One leaf door composition identical to that of the walls, and opening to
outside. The bottom of the door must be 5-8cm above the floor level.

Door Labels

Other specifications of the door to be noted:

3 hinges stainless steel
The door shall have a fixed, flexible & uninterrupted neoprene
black joint profile fitted all around the inside of the door.
The door lock sit material has to be durable and non-corrodible.

The door should be opening able from inside at any moment
without the use of a key.

Outdoor access of Lever handle type, stainless steel or powder
coated

A threshold will be placed to make the door tight, if necessary,

A door blocking system allowing to open the door leaf maximum
120 will be installed.

External type door

All door accessories should be of the non-corrodible type. The
use of stainless steel products is recommended.

Door must be tight to avoid a penetration of water or dust into
the shelter. Peripheral door joints should be permanently
compressed for that purpose.

An aluminum profile should be placed maximum. 100 mm above
the door (external face) in order to improve water tightness with
extension of 100 mm from each side; this profile should have a
minimum width of 150 mm.

Lock

The presence system of a master key is a must. Temporary
locks are forbidden.

Support of the shelter

The support of the shelter can be made up of (according to a
consultant report):
Reinforced concrete slab, or
Reinforced concrete beams, or
Frame constituted of galvanized steel I beams.

For green field, it should be raised above the existing support (30-
cm minimum) on concrete plots.

RADIO ROOM

The conditions for the radio room are similar to them of the shelter.

Walls and ceiling

The walls and the ceiling must be clean, dry and free of dust.
Two or three layers of regular quality white paint will be applied
if necessary.
In case the radio room roof is open to the outside, a waterproof
membrane with water evacuation. In additional, a thermal
isolation should be applied.

All partitions in contact with the outside air should be insulated.

Cable entries

The cable entries will be drilled or cut with appropriate tools.
The accessible openings must be protected because of
potential intruding risks.

Door

The conditions for the radio room door are similar to those of the
shelter

A firebreak door will be installed only in the buildings where
there is a high risk of fire in order to be in conjunction with the
building fire regulations.

Fire Compartment

The room should form an independent fire compartment totally
separated from the rest of the building by fire rated walls and
ceilings and fire rated doors. (The fire rating depends on the
type of hazards in the building but in no case can be less than 1
hour for walls and ceilings and hour for doors).
Penetrations should also be fire rated.
For sensitive configurations, MobiNils Technical Department
can require automatic fire suppression.

OTHER SITE ITEMS

Upon a request of the MobiNil representative some other items may be added
on the sites.
A ladder of 100 cm to be supplied inside each shelter.

A key box of 30 x 30 cm will be installed beside GEDP.

A ladder must be installed if requested. It is recommended to
provide a ladder if different levels shall be accessible with the
minimum difference of 0.3m between them. The specifications of
the ladder are similar to the one of the towers.

Handrails of 1.1m high must be installed if the height of falling
exceeds 1.0m.

In the proximity of the poles supporting MW antennas the handrails
may be required to avoid free passage of persons in the bearing
zone of the MW beam.

Every shelter should be equipped with a portable fire extinguisher.
This equipment is to be periodically maintained.

Access steps should be placed in front of the shelter door with the
following characteristics:
- Max height: 20 cm.
- Minimum width: 28 cm.
- Minimum length: 90 cm.

Either concrete or heavy-duty steel can be used
