WEEKEND CONSTRUCTION 5/16-5/19/14:
The following construction activities are scheduled. As always, some work may be postponed due to
weather or other circumstances. Please check Michigan.gov/drive for current construction and traffic

I-75:
In Wayne County, southbound I-75 from Springwells Street to Schaefer Highway will have lane closures
Friday to Sunday. The right lane will close from 9 a.m. to 8 p.m. Friday, then two right lanes closed until 5
a.m. Monday.
In Wayne County, northbound I-75 between Sibley and Goddard roads, two lanes will be closed from 8 p.m.
Friday to 5 a.m. Monday.
In Wayne County, northbound and southbound I-75 ramps to westbound I-94 will be closed from 7 a.m. to 8
p.m. Saturday.
In Wayne County, Clay Street ramp to southbound I-75 will be closed, from 7 a.m. to 8 p.m. Saturday.
In Oakland County, northbound I-75 from Big Beaver to Square Lake roads, two lanes will be closed from 10
p.m. Saturday to 10 a.m. Sunday for road work.
In Oakland County, northbound and southbound I-75 at Rochester Road will have a 15 minute closure, on
each side, between 8 a.m. and 10 a.m. Saturday.

I-94:
In Wayne County, westbound I-94 from I-75 to M-1 (Woodward Avenue), one lane will close from 7 a.m. to
8 p.m. Saturday for road work.

In Wayne County, eastbound I-94 from M-10 to I-75 will have one lane closed from 7 a.m. to 4 p.m. Sunday
for road work.
In Macomb County, westbound I-94 from Masonic Avenue to 11 Mile Road, one lane is closed from 7 a.m.
to 7 p.m. Saturday for road work.

M-10: (Lodge Freeway)
In Wayne County, southbound M-10 ramp to northbound I-75 will close from 7 a.m. to 4 p.m. Saturday.

M-8: (Davison Freeway)
In Wayne County, eastbound M-8 ramp to M-1 (Woodward Avenue) will be closed from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Saturday.
M-85: (Fort Street)
In Wayne County, northbound M-85 (Fort Street) will be closed from Pagel Avenue to M-39 (Southfield
Road) from 12 p.m. to 3 p.m. Sunday.
M-15: (Ortonville Road)
In Oakland County, southbound M-15 (Ortonville Road) will have intermittent closures between Miller and
Waldon roads, 9 a.m. to 10 a.m. Saturday.
I-69:
In St. Clair County, eastbound I-69 ramp to eastbound I-69 Business Loop will be closed nightly, from 8 p.m.
to 6 a.m., Saturday, Sunday, and Monday nights.
M-1: (Woodward Avenue)
In Oakland County, M-1 (Woodward Avenue) will be closed between Pilgrim Avenue to Tuxedo
Street/Tennyson Avenue from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m Saturday.
In Oakland County, southbound M-1 will have two lanes closed from Catalpa to 11 Mile roads, from 6 a.m.
Saturday to 6 a.m. Monday.
In Oakland county, northbound M-1 will have two lanes closed from Benjamin Avenue to Webster Road
from 6 a.m. Saturday to 6 a.m. Monday.

LOCAL ROADS:
In Wayne County, eastbound Eureka Road ramp to northbound I-75 is closed from 8 p.m. Friday to 5 a.m.
Monday.
In Wayne County, eastbound and westbound Jefferson Avenue has one lane closed between Griswold and
Saint Antoine streets, from 9 a.m. Friday to 3 p.m. Friday, 5/23/14.

In Oakland County, westbound Grand River Avenue has one lane closed from Farmington Road to Drake
Road, from 5 a.m. to 6 p.m. Saturday.
In Oakland County, eastbound 12 Mile Road to northbound M-5 ramp is closed from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.
Saturday.
MONDAY: (5/19/14)
I-75:
In Oakland County, northbound I-75 from Big Beaver to Square Lake roads will have two lanes closed nightly
only, from 8 p.m. to 5 a.m., Monday to Friday 5/23/14 only night work.
I-96:
In Oakland County, westbound I-96 from Novi Road to west county line (near Kensington Road), will have
two lanes closed nightly only, from 8 p.m. to 5 a.m, Monday to Friday 5/23/14 only night work.
I-696 Service Drives:
In Oakland County, eastbound and westbound I-696 Service Drives from Dequindre Road to M-3 (Gratiot
Avenue) will have one lane closed, 9 a.m. Monday to 3 p.m. Sunday, 5/25/14.
Grand River:
In Oakland County, eastbound and westbound Grand River Avenue at Drake Road will have one lane closed
from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. for road work.
M-97: (Groesbeck Highway)
In Macomb County, northbound M-97 from Hayes to 14 Mile roads will have one lane closed from 6 a.m
Monday to 8 p.m. Friday.
M-53:
In Macomb County, northbound and southbound M-53 (Van Dyke Avenue) from M-102 (8 Mile Road) to
Helen Avenue will have intermittent lane closures from 6 a.m. Monday to 4 p.m. Friday.
M-85:
In Wayne County, northbound and southbound M-85 (Fort Street) has one lane closed between Cloverlawn
Street and Outer Drive, from 9 a.m. Monday to 12 a.m. Friday, 5/23/14.
In St. Clair County, eastbound I-69 ramp to eastbound I-69 Business Loop will be closed from 8 p.m. Monday
to 6 a.m. Tuesday.
In St. Clair County, eastbound and westbound Lapeer Road will be closed under I-94/I-69 from 8 p.m.
Monday to 6 a.m. Tuesday.
