KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Management of Data
Maintaining monthly CHFs wise records of Referral, Sputum examination, patient
put on DOT, Treatment outcomes, Honorarium payments.
Maintaining records on dates of MoU signing & due dates & amounts of GIA and
involved centre, including DMC.
Entering & Maintaining Updates all contact information into the database, ensuring
accuracy and creating CHF profiles & contact information, including training status.
Protection of Accounts, Documents & Project equipments, filing of data in proper
folders in Soft & Hard copies, ensuring regular back-ups of data.
Timely collection of accurate data from CHFs. Validation of data, compilation &
collation of data in proper formats and facilitate transmission of information.
Management of Accounts
Maintaining accounts of funds which have been obtained & spent under various
heads such as for conducting Trainings/ Sensitization, Office expense, travel &
Communication.
Providing the draft of SOE & compilation of supporting documents- Original & Office
copies for all activities.

Ensuring that expenditure is as per financial guidelines, calculation & disbursement


of Honorarium/TA during workshops.
