Quantum High Speed System is a fully versatile and

UP TO 2000 CARDS PER HOUR
Quantum High Speed System meets any embossing
need providing very high speed embossing modules
(72 characters embossing drums) that achieve speeds
up to 2000 cards per hour for complex secure financial
cards.
Quantum embossing modules can be equipped with
top OR rear infiller module.
HIGH SPEED THERMAL TRANSFER PRINTING
MODULE
Monochrome dye sublimation thermal printing-300 dpi
The dye sublimation thermal transfer module is
capable of monochrome black and gray scale printing
and can be used both as a single printing unit and in
conjunction with the color printing modules.
Thanks to the flip-over modules installed, the standard
configuration of Quantum system with two
thermographic modules gives the possibility to print
two front or two back sides or one card front&back.
Thermal Transfer Ribbons:
• Black Resin: 300m length
• Gold & Silver Ribbons: 300m length
Dye Sublimation Ribbons
• Yellow – Magenta – Cyan: 200m length
CARD CLEANING MODULE
For optimum printing a clean card free from debris and
dust is highly desirable. The automatic card cleaning
module removes dust and particles from the card
surface (both front and back side) maximising the
lifetime of the print head as well as print quality.

MAG-STRIPE ENCODING
Mag-Stripe encoding module is designed to provide the
quality needed to meet credit card ISO standards
(Hico/Loco 3 tracks). Verification of encoding is done at
the same time as the encoding process to ensure
reliability.
A mag-stripe encoder verification module can also be
installed at the end of the card personalization system in
order to verify the data matching.

performance tipper module with ribbon saving feature.
The tipper module can print up to 25.000 cards per ribbon
(ribbon length: 610m).
MATICARD-PRO PRODUCTION SOFTWARE
The MatiCard-Pro® Windows-based Card Design software
provides user-friendly interface between the operator and
the unit and allows you to easily configure and control the
system modules.
Diagnostics and set-up software are also included.
