INTRODUCTION

Why Business Enhancement?
With around all the Businesses and individuals in need of proper guidance and development, there is a need for everyone to
improve awareness and identity, develop talents and potential, build human capital and facilitate employability, enhance the quality
of their lives and contribute to the realization of dreams and aspirations. Thus this points out to better development of an individual
in order to make an impact in the community, business, company and government. In order for this to happen it is important for
Destiny Life Coaching to position itself as an expert in developing individuals to be better at what they do by encouraging them to
move from where they are to where they ought to be.
This will include having formal and informal activities that spur this growth. It refers to methods, programs, tools, techniques and
assessment systems that support development in individuals as well as organizations through life coaching and motivational
speaking.
This could take place in various forms for instance:
B2C-Business to Consumer: This shall involve selling books, courses and techniques to individuals. For instance, motivational
speaking-learning programs, workshops, individual counseling and life coaching.
B2B-Business to Business: This shall involve selling programs to companies and government organizations to assess potential, to
improve effectiveness, to manage work life balance of employees or to prepare some entity for a new role in an organization
through training, workshops and motivational speaking.

Pitching to the Corporate Clients
1. Aiming to train especially the HR managers of companies since they are the interface between the employees and the
organization needs.
2. Organizing outdoor teambuilding sessions by which DLC partners with teambuilding locations to boost the experience.
3. Organizing a networking event once a month especially for the self employed or young entrepreneurs mostly to provide a
forum for young people to network. This shall provide a platform for coaching entrepreneurs individually later. This shall also
attract sponsorship from many companies since entrepreneurship has been dabbed as the back bone of the economy.E.g
recipients of the Uwezo Fund
4. Doing motivational speaking for companies during their seminars. This shall involve having a well designed curriculum vitae
of the speakers sent out to corporates upon research of when they shall be having seminars.
5. Also as a federation for Certified Life Coaches, it will attract an annual membership fee from the members as well as
workshop fees during the year in order to sharpen and develop their skills as well as act as their talent managers.
6. Approaching the government, possibly tender for provision of life coaching services when the opportunity arises.

Pitching to Individuals
1. This could be a good opportunity for individuals who would like to venture into business or those that have just started and
would like a boost once in a while for their enthusiasm to stay at par.
2. To individuals who would love a journey in personal development in order to better their lives.
3. Organizing holiday teenage group sessions especially with the advance in technology, young people now embark on things
that those of former generations could seldom dare. The Standard Newspaper, Crazy Monday, 2nd December 2013 has a
shocking revelation of the same.

Advertising tools
With the growing rise of online presence, it is paramount for every business, school or organization to tap into the audience that is
just a click of a button away. This also comes with lots of savings especially as one gauges the feasibility of new ideas and how they
are received in the market. Thus having active social media presence is like a breath of fresh air to rising concepts in business.
1. Having a well designed informative and interactive website as well as a blog that has written pieces on the same.
2. Having an active twitter page. The # tag has proved to be a friend to sales in the business arena.
3. Having an active face book page that is exclusively updated in order to spur interest from its audience.
4. Uploading videos of some seminars, worshops, sessions as well as photos is also a plus for creativity. After all seeing is
believing as the saying goes.
With the nature of services, advertising in churches and schools especially for teens programs would also reach the targeted
audience effectively.

Human Resources required:
It would be vital to know the real HR dynamics of the progress in business going forward however a suggestion would be to have
sales interns that would work on commission especially to pitch for business as they also gain experience in the same as well as a
business consultant to handle the administration issues. A good accountant/ accounting firm shall be a great asset to ensure that all
the accounting records including taxes are well accounted for to avoid problems with KRA.

Business Consultancy Services
In light of growth in business, an organization requires to have a workforce that understands the requirements of the business
operations and is willing to put in effort for its development as well as leave the Life coach(s) to concentrate on the matters that
relate to motivational speaking and life coaching in place of handling administration matters.
The services that shall be provided by a consultant include:
Finance
Keeping accurate finance records
Preparation and follow up on client invoices.
Work related to initiating and managing the payment process for client collections and client relationship management.
Negotiating and contracting for purchase or hire of goods and services including but not limited to obtaining competitive

Liaison with clients to facilitate receipt of receivables due and processing of internal financial issues .For instance ,petty cash
management
Ensure compliance with relevant regulations including but not limited to KRA, PAYE, NSSF, NHIF as well as research on
new/updated legalities and regulations needed from time to time by way of liaison with the organizations accountant.


Admin
Maintaining the appropriate filing system and administering other office admin services.
Arranging and monitoring the work of external contractors.
Preparing and producing support materials and documents for presentations (internal and external) including designing and
creating the content.
Making and follow up on travel arrangements.
Scheduling and promptly following up with bill payments due dates.
Assisting in scheduling of classes and training sessions and managing other special projects that arise.
Providing full executive support to the Life coach(s) including management of diaries, meeting arrangements and calendar
scheduling.
Maintaining solid customer relationships by handling enquiries with professionalism.

Formulating and implementing policies related to the HR department. For example, developing staff/HR manuals
Developing employee and consultants working contracts as well as student admission letters, correspondence letters et al
Developing and implementing the selection criteria suitable for the organization.

Returns
Whilst working with DLC the business consultant would like to be remunerated on a monthly basis of a certain rate for the first three
months upon commencement as well as commissions for sales that shall be best discussed in detail.
The consultant shall thus pay for the life coaching training classes.

CONCLUSION

Destiny Life Coaching has immense potential to grow and tap into the lives of the people in the society to improve on their lifestyle.
