The pblic &ill be admitted to all three stages, &hich &ill also be broadcast on
&ritten press, radio and television.

The contestants are allo&ed to rehearse their eliminatory and semifinal stages
for no more than one hor each.

The contestants are re<ired to retrn to their origin contries on the day set by the
organiBation, p to a %8 hors after the end of the competition, or as soon as there is
an available flight reservation.

The three finalists &ill have to offer a repetition concert, if the *rganiBing Committee
decides it, after %8 hors of the 5inal ;tage.

The Ery of the Contest &ill consist of Chilean and foreign msicians internationall>y

The internal rles governing the operation of the Ery &ill be e,plained to the
contestants before the Competition begins.
The votes &ill be secret.
No member of the Ery &ill be allo&ed to vote for his o&n ppil or e,"ppil.
9n case of tie, the vote of the EryAs )resident &ill be final.
All of the Ery decisions are final, and not sbDect to appeal.
