Please take note of the following exam dates and the promotion requirements.
It is imperative that your child receives support, supervision and encourage-
ment with regard to the revision and reinforcement of skills, knowledge and
concepts taught in class. Study guidelines will be given to the learners and
posted under resources, on the School Communicator, by the 26 May.

UNIFORMS...
Thank you to the parents who ensure that their children are in proper school
uniform. It is greatly appreciated.

We appeal to parents to also ensure that uniforms are clean and tidy at all
times.

BIG WALK
Please support our annual Big Walk fundraiser, which will take place on the
26 June. Big Walk forms were sent home on the 25 April. Thank you to the
learners who have already returned their forms.

Please take note of our exciting prizes. A fine of R100 will be issued for lost
forms.

WACKY WINTER DAY AND CAKE SALE...
On Friday, 30 May is our Wacky Winter Day. Learners will have to pay R5 to
participate. Learners may dress in full civvies with a wacky winter twist.

There will also be a cake sale on the same day. Please send your child with
some spare change so that he/she can indulge in some sweet delectables.
EXEMPTIONS
Please note that exemption forms are still available at reception for those par-
ents who qualify for exemptions.
PARENTING TIP FOR THE WEEK

the premise for healthy human development and all future relationships. If there are
behavioural issues, deepen the relationship with your child by focusing on bonding and
attachment first and foremost. It is easy to get caught up in trying to 'fix' certain
behaviours. Focusing on the relationship will help produce longer lasting change."
