Dear Madames/Sirs,

Enclosed you find the financial, realization, manufacturing and commercial plans for the
projects of Dr. Gbor Gde, physicist, inventors and project realizator elaborated by him to
hois own patents, and the information materials concerning them.

For the realization of these two, separate but commonly directed serial production the
provision of a credit in the order of 100 million euros for starting of an appropriate
manufacturing capacity is reasonable in respect to the high volume of buying requirements to
be expected. From the instruments to be produced an experimental and a pilot plant apparatus
was already manufactured, and after their first showing, all the representatives of the firms
present announced demands of high volume. At the same time, at showing them in an autemn
international fair, more than 2000 private people also declared their buying purposes. An
international market search showed an even higher demand.

All these results were realized in a narrow cooperation with the Technical University,
Budapest, and were made possible by the collaboration of its management.

The importance of the energy storing equipment in the project has been supported by the
General Research Director the European Union, as well as by the President of the European
Patent Office and in the letters of two famous professors at European universities (Munich.
Milan), and it was proved by the fact that the project is included in the framework of the
Research Program of the European Union, 7. paragraph, and will get support from it.

In the second part of the project, solar energy utilizing equipments provided with energy
storing apparatuses are listed, which may open quite new opportunities for utilizing solar
energy in a more economic and from every point of view more advantageous way, as
well as its spreading in a more wide range than it is possible now.According to the market
search performed by the inventor and the management of the University, huge orders can
be expected, even before their getting to the market, for the energy storage and solar energy
utilizing equipments.

The business plans - made by professionals are found to be realistic and well-founded.

Enclosed to the documents for realization, material showing the advantages is also included,
as well as materials introducing other patents of the inventor, which are objects of further
plans for realization.

In our opinion, the world needs such and similar good projects for hindering and avoiding
global heating up of the Earth.

The application for credit for the realization of this project from the financial nad
economical point of view is good and well-founded, and we suggest you to accept it.

Project introduction

1. If anywhere in the world a lecture is held on the electric energy, the statement always
appears that as electric energy cannot be stored in huge amount, and because of the
non-uniform energy consumption, the capacity of power stations remains to a
remarkable extent unused. This means higher electricity prices, and a longer return of
investions. (It should be noted that storing by batteries may be done to such a small
extent that it makes this also very expensive.)
The use of the energy storing unit developed by me, tried out and protected by
international patents would result worldwide in huge economic advantages against
todays present current production which is, in certain periods even reduced, for all
kinds of power stations, since current production would occur through 24 hours, every
day, even Saturdays, Sundays and holidays, by full capacity. By this method, the
efficiency of power stations could be increased by 100 %, thus the return time of the
investment is reduced to its half.

At the same time, consumers can also profit from this, because by using the energy
stored by the energy storing units they have lower electricity prices. Two descriptions
are made for introducing this system, one of which describes the economic advantages
in case of water-, the other one of wind-power stations. The description concerning
water- power stations contains also an easily understandable calculation of the
economic advantage appearing on the one side as a huge profit, on the side of the
consumer a saving of 10-20-30% in the current price, due to a similar reduction in the
price.

This system is operating so that the energy storing units are situated at the consumers,
and to which extent the storing capacity increases, the production of electricity in the
power stations increses at nights, work-free days or holidays. The energy storing
equipments are especially important in power stations working by gratis water or
wind-energy.

Nowadays small wind energy machines are also produced which provide a household
with the whole demand on heat, cooling and electricity continuously by the use of the
energy storing equipment developed by me. This means that the whole energy demand
for heating (heating, cooking-baking, hot water), for absorption cooling, air
conditiining and electricity provision can be satisfied safely without the least
requirement for any external energy carrier.

According to our calculation, the commercial price for these energy storing
equipments will be very low. A family needs only an energy storing equipment of 3m
3
in the average for ensuring energy for several months. Due to the frequent filling up,
this storage equipment provides the energy continuously, thus very safely. The return
time is 2-3 years in case of family houses or flats, whereas for industrial firms, public
institutions and other big consumers it makes only 1-6 years.

2. The biggest oil supply is to be found in Canada (about 1,5-times of that in Saudi
Arabia), however, this oil supply is not to be exploited easily and cheaply, similarly to
oil wells, because it occurs in form of oil-slate.
From this oil-slate, processing occurs by use of a huge amount of heat energy, thus
only small amounts of oil are produced this way, since even at the high price of oil,
this process is not economic enough.

Several Canadian businessmen asked whether I could suggest an economic method for
processing oil-slate, and I succeeded in the elaboration of the most economic, safe and
operating method for getting oil from this slate. (This method is not yet patented, but I
intend to do it as soon as possible.)

One of the two most important pillars of the system is the energy of the big rivers in
Canada, which is not yet utilized to its full extent for producing electricity. This
disadvantage can be eliminated without investing into a new water power station by
producing energy also at nights and work-free days, which amount is equal to the
amount of electricity produced in the day-time.

The other pillar is the energy storing equipment, which is capable of transforming
huge amounts of electric energy to heat energy, and store it as that. The oil-slate
processing system could be provided fully with this heat energy, to such an extent that
even the production of millions of gallons of oil would be possible daily, by using the
cheapest method.

This is not only a gigantic business, but the dependence on the oil-import from the
USA could be stopped, at the same time, with a significant decrease in the oil prices.

Dear Sirs/Ladys!

I am Dr. Gbor Gde, physicist. As a researcher/developer, I have dealt for more than 3
decades with the cylindric-parabolic and rotation body parabolic mirror collector invented,
elaborated and patented by me for the utilization of solar energy, which are instruments
functioning with solar energy collection and being of a very high heat storing capacity. As to
the most important parameters of the instruments: reflection capacity of the sun-following
mirrors of 94%, heat storing capacity: 1 dm
3
/1400 kJ, total efficiency: 70%, life span: 55-60
years, return time of its automatic functioning: 2-4 years. Enclosed you find a comparative
table for proving that these parabolic mirror collectors are much more efficient than the plane
collectors for water heating and the photovoltaic solar panels. Serial production of these
instruments can be started immediately, as all the conditions necessary are available
(financial, realization, manufacturing and marketing plans, schemes for the production, etc.).

They are applicable in different fields (energy supply of houses, industrial, agricultural and
other purposes, such as for desalination of sea water, production of hydrogen, etc.). I have
more than half a dozen patents and invention, on the basis of which nearly 40 different
instruments can be produced. Some experimental device and one prototype of them are
already made. These instruments comprise solutions satisfying every energetic requirements.

I have been in a near connection with different Departments of the Technical University,
Budapest already for decades, the University prepared expert's opinions, and also the
implementation plan for the desalination instrument working with solar energy. The first
energy storing instrument intended for production is prepared for serial production in three
different forms. One of the three types is for storing the heat energy of solar energy, the
second one for storing electric energy, whereas the third one is a hibrid type storing
instrument, suitable for storing both kinds of energy, with a good efficiency, and other
advantageous parameters.

Dr. Gbor Bajnczy, academic doctor of the Hungarian Academy of Sciences gave an expert's
opinion containing many positive features (enclosed).

In the course of the first preview of the experimental instrument orders of several billion
forints were obtained in one single day, and at an International Autumn Fair more than 2
thousand private persons declared their intention to buy the instruments.

The project concerning the above patented instruments was taken up into the research
program of the European Union as a program to be supported. Its marking out for enlisting it
to the European Research Program was made by the President of the European Patent Office,
Mr. Alison Brinelow, its approval originated from the Research Director of The European
Commission, Pierre Valetta, based on the suggestion of Prof. Alfonso Gambardella from the
Universita Bocconi, and Prof. Dietmar Harhoff from the Ludwig_Maximilian Universitat. The
letters concerning this are enclosed.

I have visited a big Chinese firm as an invited expert in 2008. I have made more
appointments, business meetings during that ten days. The most prominent event was my
presentation at the Beijing University. It was very important that the biggest Chinese
development project named Dafen Port Project was presented to me by high level government
officers.

2
I was invited by the Saudi Prince to Rhyad in 2000, I made business meetings in France at a
big firm Degremon and in Bruxelles at a firm working in the solar energy field in 2001.

Market research has shown that the interest and demand is very high, as they are supposed to
fill big gaps.

Financial, implementation , production and marketing plans are ready for the serial production
of the instruments of the project. Owing to the big interest, we have carried out business
transactions with many big investors.

The most important information concerning the project are enclosed. If needed, we can
provide you with more information, do not hesitate to contact me.

Total: pieces 30.000 EURO 77.824.000

Evaluation of the above data

At summarizing the production and marketing data of the four years it can be established that 44 000 pieces of
the temperate zone instruments is planned to be produced due to technological development, from which an
extra profit of 114 616 000 Euro can be obtained.

At summarizing the data of production and marketing, from the Mediterranean type instrument, a total of
52 000 pieces will be produced in the six years, and from it, an extra profit of 135 132 000 Euro can be
obtained.
From both types of equipments we plan to produce and sell 96 000 pieces, and from the income we count on an
extra profit of 249 748 000 Euro.
The temperate zone instruments are planned to be sold throughout Europe. According to market research,
orders of 150 000 200 000 pieces per year can be expected.
This instrument is more favourable than the traditional plane collectors for producing hot water and the
photovoltaic solar units, since it is provided by a heat storing element of a very big storage capacity, thus the
huge heat amount in summer, which are not utilized by the traditional instruments, can be stored for the winter
time, with an efficiency much higher than that of the traditional instruments (mirror efficiency of 94%, total
efficiency of 70%). In addition, the cylinder-paraboloid mirror-collector follows the course of the sun, the
instrument has a longer life-span, it operates automatically and is cheaper than the traditional instruments.

The Mediterranean type instruments are intended to be sold mainly in the Arabic countries along the Arabic
Bay: in the United Arabic Emirates, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Katar, Oman, USA, Mexico, Australia, Asia and
Africa. Market research showed an expectable demand of 1 million pieces per year. This instrument has all the
advantages listed for the temperate zone instruments, but in addition, it has further significant advantages since
3
it ensures an energy provision of 100 % from exclusively solar energy satisfying the highest demands on energy,
and it is provided with an electronic control governed by a computer. At present, this is the only instrument
having so much advantages and multisided utilization in the whole world

From the return from sales of the production and marketing planned for four years an extra profit of
249 748 000 Euro can be realized, to this, the 20% of normal profit should be added, which makes in the
four years of production a sum of 274 212 000 Euro. The extra profit of Temperate Zone type equipment
is 114 616 000 Euro, the 20% of normal profit is 117 744 000 Euro, the total sum is 232 360 000 Euro. The
extra profit of Mediterranean type equipment is 135 132 000 Euro, the 20% of normal profit is 156 468
000 Euro, the total sum is 291 600 000 Euro. All this together make a total profit of 523 960 000 Euro,
which ensures and warrants the re-paying of the credit together with the interest. This amount is grater
than one year return of the investment.

I wish to carry out the production of the instruments by buying out property rights of factories at the area of
South-Slovakia inhabited by Hungarians which are, at present, in majority empty. This solution has several
advantages: The prices of raw materials are in Slovakia the lowest, taxes and contributions make 19%, and
unemployment among the Hungarian inhabitants is high, about 20%. There are a lot of skilled workers and
qualified engineers is high, and there are no linguistic difficulties. In case of a positive judgement, I wish to
found a production factory with a head-quarter, which will realize the whole 4-years production and marketing
program.

In case of a positive judgement, I wish to
found a production factory with a head-quarter, which will realize the whole 4-years production and marketing
program.
