Client: Agilysys.
Agilysys was maintaining over $5 Million dollars in ‘Return to Vendor’ credit
memos on an Excel Spreadsheets. I was tasked to build automated interfaces
from their proprietary Inventory, Sales, Procurement system, PIOS to their
proprietary payment receiving system, GetPaid and Oracle Accounts Payable,
Receivable and General Ledger. I created an interface to load Vendors as
Customers, match Vendor Invoices to Credit Memos from Accounts Payable,
AP, to Accounts Receivable, AR, to reduce vendor payments in AP and
generate Customer Invoices to vendors in AR to interface with GetPaid. I
created Auto Invoicing and Auto lockbox processes.

Client: Georgia Department of Transportation.


Developed and delivered the training program of GDOT personnel using Oracle
SQL, PL/SQL, Forms and Reports versions 6i and 9i using lesson material
from Sideris. The classes were for the application development on both client
server bases systems as well as web based systems. Additionally, I trained
Sideris clients in Forms, Reports, PL/SQL and SQL version 6i and 9i
throughout the US.

Client: United Nations Development Program, Paraguay.


Project manager and key consultant working on a 9i RDBMS and 9i AS
implementation and migration contract with the United Nations and the
Ministerio de Hacienda in Paraguay. The client is currently running 2,000
forms version 3.2 and 1,000 reports version 1.1 with the 7.3.4 RDBMS on a
IBM RS/6000 AIX (64 bit) machine. I implemented and configured 9i rel2
RDBMS in Real Application Cluster (RAC) configuration and 9iAS rel2 with
forms, and reports 6i running web servlet. The team and I converted the
forms and reports allowing government employees and taxpayers in
Paraguay to pay corporate taxes and receive tax reports using the web
browser from any web browser on any pc. The team upgraded the forms and
reports to run straight 9i rel 2 on both the RAC and the 9iAS Applications
Server using Single Sign On and Oracle Portal.

Designed and implemented a Procurement, Sales, Returns, Inventory, and
General Ledger system running on a NT server using Forms 6i with PL/SQL
and Reports 6i using Oracle RDBMS 8i. The system is designed to
accommodate a organization with multiple companies. The system is
currently implemented in Panama with plans to implement the system
throughout Latin America. The system was developed for the Spanish
market.

Developing Consolidation Sets of Books in General Ledger version 11.5.6 for the
Industrial Group in Saltillo, Mexico. The group has 5 subsidiary sets of books

1 Billion US dollars. I was the key consultant developing their Consolidation
System for improved financial control and reporting. Assisted in the
configuration and installation of iProcurement with Purchasing 11i.

Involved with the maintenance, upgrade and support services for Oracle
iProcurement, Purchasing, Workflow and language support in Spanish,
Chinese, Brazilian Portuguese and English. I assist the developers of each the

projects (Billing). Assigned key members and assets to projects for internal

Provided Business Analysis and Process Analysis of a proprietary financial and
purchasing system. Assisted Handleman Company to determine the best
migration path from their current system to Oracle Applications Financials
Suite and Purchasing 11i. Handleman has a manufacturing division for the
manufacture and distribution of music media in the form of Tapes and CD's.
Assisted with the business analysis and the gap analysis for Purchasing 11i,
Manufacturing 11i, Inventory 11i and Order Management 11i. Gap analysis is
where you determine the areas where the standard implemented Oracle
Application does not fit the clients' requirements. Handleman Company
accepted the three-year migration plan that allowed them to migrate systems
during low business periods. All of my work was reported to the CIO of
Handleman Company.

Client: Coca Cola Panamá & Cervecerias Baru Panamá S.A.


Responsible for performing the migration analysis and sizing for migrating from
Informax to Oracle 8i and the Oracle Applications 11i suite of modules.
Provided business analysis and gap analysis for the client implementing
Oracle Applications 11i; Financials, Purchasing, Manufacturing; Order
Management and Inventory. Provided client staff training to implement and
customize the various modules using Forms and Reports V6i. Coca Cola
accepted my recommendation to migrate their character based Informax data
base system to Oracle 8i running the full suite of Oracle Financial,
Manufacturing, CRM and ERP Suites. The CRM modules include Marketing
Analyzer, Sales Analyzer and iPurchasing. All of my work was reported to
the CFO of both companies.

Client: Sidres Consulting.


Responsible for providing technical, functional and training support in Oracle
Financials 11i. Wrote training documents used by Sidres Consulting to be
used to train their clients in Oracle Financials 11i.

Client: Los Quetzals Lodge & Spa.


Designed and implemented the hotel reservations system on the Internet for web
based reservations. The system allows the hotel to generate higher revenues
and attract and keep more clients by tailoring packages for each client. The
system is used to form group packages for tourism in Panama. The system
was built using Dreamweaver version 4.0, JDeveloper for Java, Perl, html, and
xml running on an Oracle 8i database and Web Server.

Project: CSES HVA PHASE II Oracle Designer 2000 Release 6.0 Evaluated
the logical and physical database design and process model of the
Michigan Child Support System after the Initial Analysis and Design
phase of the project. The legacy of the system uses a data warehouse to
store and retrieve information. The evaluation of the proposed-modeled
system was used to develop hardware and software recommendations
and produce the cost estimates for Phase II of the project. The cost
estimates were produced using the Oracle Custom Development
Methodology, CDM to show time and materials required for a successful
and timely delivery of the proposed system. Recommended that the
project use Enterprise Data Modeling System to interface external
systems to the Child Support System.

Project: USAID DAI CONCADE Oracle Designer 2000 Release 6.0
Develop a computer system that enabled the Bolivian Government to
monitor the success of the eradication of Coca in the Champare region of
Bolivia. The complete design of the system from analysis to build phase
was conducted using Designer 2000 and Developer 2000. The system is
designed in Oracle RDBMS with the Spatial and Time series cartridge for
a Geographical Information System. The system allows the user to view
data such as crop productions for a specific farm or community, monitor

Project: Saudi Arabia ARAMCO Designer 2000 - Migration of reports for

ARAMCO in Saudi Arabia. Migrated current functionality using
Designer 2000 for 100% generation of Reports for Oil Production.
Developed critical routines for the Service Order Release process. This is
the only means that Oracle has to bill the client for work completed. I
Was among the first consultants to successfully take a Service Order from
Acceptance to Completion. This procedure paved the way for
consultants working on the project to bill the client for work performed.
Identified and resolved data base inconstancies and errors in reports
being migrated to the new environment.

Sep 1997 to Oct 1997


Project: SPITFIRE MIGRATION Forms 2.3 to Forms 4.5, Report Writer 1.0
to Reports 2.5 Conversion for Patuxent Naval Air Station. Instrumental
in completing the Forms and Reports conversion effort of the Navy
Inventory System with the teaming of Kumaran. I was required to turn
around a project that was behind schedule and exceeding cost
projections. I resolved the situation by doing a strict conversion under a
teaming agreement with Kumaran. The Forms and Reports were quickly
and successfully converted, installed and tested. The major interface to
the system was the hand held bar code reader that was used to collect
inventory data and interface to the Oracle tables.

Project: BATELLE/DPS Designer 2000 100% Generation of Reports 2.5 and
Forms 4.5 for Department of Public Safety for the State of Ohio. My
ability to generate reports and Forms with the Designer 2000 tool Suite as
the Senior Consultant to Battelle allowed the client to bring their project
ahead of schedule and under projected costs. I was able to transfer to the
team members 'How To' knowledge the proved valuable and essential to
the successful completion of the project.

Project: UNISYS/DFAS INDY DATABASE Designer 2000 Corporate Data
Modeling for the Defense Finance Accounting Service (DFAS).
Converted the Corporate data model from ER/Win Model Mart to the
Oracle Designer 2000 Version 1.3.2. The model will be used to

standardize the Meta data used by DFAS. I was the key member on the
team that built the Entity Relationship Diagram for the corporate data
model. I accomplished this by splitting the data model into manageable
subject areas. The model was loaded onto a central repository in Kansas
City and accessed via SQL*Net to allow Designer 2000 analysts and
functional members to work from various locations on the central
repository housed on a remote sever. Trained client personnel in
Designer 2000 to generate Reports 2.5, Forms 4.5 and Web server
applications.

Project: LG Electronics Oracle Manufacturing Applications
Implementation for LG Electronics in Kumi, Korea as the ACE Technical
Team Leader I worked with the DBA, Conversion Team, Interface Team
members, and Application Customization and Extension, ACE, Team
members. I developed Solution Design Documents to conduct
Customizations and Extensions to Oracle Applications version 10.7. I
worked on the Oracle EDI Gateway interface between Oracle
Applications and the EDI translator and Value Added Network, VAN, to
the Supplier. Worked with Forms 4.5 to build extension applications
used to track items during the manufacturing process. I was a key
technical member of the staff for technical problems and getting problem
resolutions and resource material for the consultant staff on the project.

Advanced Industrial Management (BAIM), Senior Consultant to the U.S
Navy responsible for delivery of applications using Developer 2000
software development suite to include Oracle*Forms 4.5 and
Oracle*Reports 2.5. Develop and maintain the BAIM model using
Designer 2000. I was a critical developer for the Navy in the
development of reports in Oracle*Reports 2.5.

Computer Technologies Associates: Senior Systems Analyst


February 1995 to January 1996

Develop reports for the Standard Army Maintenance System, SAMS, and
Standard Army Ammunition System, SAAS, using Oracle Reports 2.0 and
Oracle RDBMS V7.0. Using the Texas Instruments IEF CASE tool to assist in
the design of the SQL statements required to run the Oracle Reports. I use
Oracle Data Browser to validate the results returned by Oracle reports.
Additionally, I have built the front end using Oracle Forms 4.0 to load data
for testing scenarios for Oracle Reports. Oracle Reports is running on a HP
9000/750 UNIX platform and SCO UNIX workstations.

As the Senior Information Data Engineer I developed the Military
Transportation Entity Relationship Diagrams using the ERWin/ERX CASE
tool in accordance with IDEF1X methodology. I worked closely with the
military transportation user community to develop the ERD and OOP
diagram. The transportation model will be used migrate existing military
transportation systems to a seamless integration of all military transportation
systems.
As a Task Leader on the Ballistic Missile Defense Organization, BMDO,
Project I was responsible for the system migration from the current host
based VAX 8820 to the client/server architecture of the DEC Alpha
computer. I built the high level Entity Relationship Diagram, ERD, of all sub
systems to enable the software developers in systems migration and
development. I was the lead CASE tool advisor for the software group using
System Architect. I was working with team members in their training in the
development of Entity Relationship Diagrams, Data Flow Diagrams, and
Object Oriented Processing diagrams. I developed the BMDO
Personnel/Manpower/Budget system using class libraries and Power
Builder version 3.0.
As a Senior Systems Analyst for the Royal Saudi Air Force in Riyadh Saudi
Arabia I provided Structured Systems Analysis utilizing the Yourdon and
James Martin Structured Design Methodologies. I worked closely with the
user to develop a rapid prototype of their requirements in Oracle RDBMS V6
using Oracle Card. Oracle Card takes full advantage of the GUI of the
Windows environment. I used Oracle Designer CASE tool to build the ERD
model of RSAF Military Sales procedures.

Century Technologies, Inc.: Technical Manager

As the key Technical Manager on the Defense Commissary Agency, DeCA, I
coordinated all work for Personal Computer Applications Development,
Electronic Data Interchange, EDI, and Collector/Router development work
on the AT&T 3B2 UNIX based computer. The Collector/Router is a front-end
processor used to receive files from stores, validate and transmit them to the
Sequent computer running Oracle RDBMS V7 for further processing.
As the Senior Level Data Base Design Programmer/Analyst. I coordinated
and focused the development efforts of the Data Base Design staff in dBase
IV and FoxPro. I developed an Invoice Tracking System used by DeCA to
track the history of an Invoice when DeCA returns the invoice to the vendor
for error correction. The system automatically produces a letter that DeCA
sends to the vendor attached with the invoice. Additionally, I provide
CASE-consulting expertise using System Architect by Popkin Software. The
Information Engineering work allows for the rapid prototype, development

Provided computer support for the US Military Southern Command located
in Panama in the areas of software user training, procedural documentation,
and software applications development in dBase IV. Trained users in the
operation of the Multi-Media information center for theater level battle
planning used in Central and South America.
I Developed fault-tolerant the Local Area Network for the sharing and
passing of information between the ground bases LAN's and aircraft based
LAN's. The fault-tolerant E-Mail LAN/WAN system for the Command and
Control Group to allow uninterrupted communications within Central and
South America to the Pentagon. The E-Mail system runs within the Windows
environment that allows the user to rapidly use information developed from
other applications and systems.

Environmental Protection Agency from the Perkin-Elmer Concurrent
Computer to the DEC Micro VAX III under Oracle version 6. Provided
System Design support using a CSC CASE tool where I built the ERD and
DFD of the LIMS software. I provided programming support in FORTRAN
IV for user exits out of SQL*Forms 2.3. I wrote system requirements
specification documents that were used by the EPA for contracting purposes.
I developed a software-testing program that tested and evaluated software to
ensure that the software provided by the contractors meet the requirements
stated by the EPA.
