Advancement Office News Each year the Principal, Advancement Director, PTA and Advancement Committee set goals, develop budgets and plan events/activities that support the schools mission and raise revenue for the school. Raising this revenue is essential to offset the $5,600 cost of educating each student. All families receive a tuition subsidy of at least $1,500 for one child, since tuition for a single child is $4,500. Parents with more than one child actually receive additional subsidies for each child. Since no family pays the total cost of educating a child, we are challenged to raise the additional revenue that is not covered by tuition. ************** As of today here are some of our success stories! School Programs 2013/2014 Annual Fund: $90,000 and counting! (Ends June 30 th ) A Christmas Carol: $2,400 PTA Programs Hi-Tech Bingo: $4,600 SCRIP: $8,400 and counting! Wine & Chocolate: $29,000 Laps for Learning: $32,000 Of course, we recognize that the success of these programs could not happen without the support of the St. Mary School family and community. We thank each and every one of you: Parents, Faculty and Staff, School and Parish Communities, Advancement Committee, PTA, and Drama Department for helping us achieve our goals!
