This Annex has been made out based on the scope, references, chemical composition, mechanical
properties, sampling and mechanical property tests specified in ISO 3574!"#$ %&oldreduced carbon steel

It is not allo'ed to apply only a part of this Annex instead of the re(uirements specified in the text*

The position of measurement on dimensions shall be as follo's6
%!) 9or the steel sheet and regular portion of the steel coll, measurement on thic-ness shall be made at any
point not less than !5 mm apart from both side adges* In the case 'here the 'idth is less than 3. mm,
ho'e/er, the measurement shall be made at a mid'idth position*
%+) 1easurement on 'idth shall be made at regular portion for the steel coil and at any place for the steel
sheet*
