Obesity

Obesity is defined as 32% or higher levels of excess body fat. Obesity
affects the function of internal organs, which includes insulin production
and heart disease. 2/3 of adults and 1/3 of children in the United States
are obese. Based on the current growth rate of obesity, it is estimated that
by the year 2030, about 42% of people in the US will be obese.

Obesity can effect joints, ligaments, breathing, mood, and energy levels.

More serious conditions include: type 2 diabetes, liver problems, cardiovascular disease, joint
disease, and some types of cancer.
