Bidder shall fill-up all the three sections accordingly.
Section A : UNIT RATES FOR MANPOWER
The rates quoted in the following table are all-inclusive; including but not limited to the following:
Payroll Costs
WORK SITE allowances
Burdens, Overheads and Premiums
Field Office Consumables and operating costs (communications etc)
Small tools
Personal Protective Equipment
Payroll Costs
Required Safety Training & Certification
Temporary facilities and operating costs
Transportation

Local housing accommodation
The rates shall include all taxes, withholding tax, duties, export duties, royalties, imports and other
charges, with respect to WORK rendered hereunder imposed directly or indirectly, prospectively or retro-
spectively by the Federal and/or Local Government of Malaysia shall be borne by successful
CONTRACTOR.
The rates are applicable only to productive days i.e. not calendar as below :
Rate A - Normal Hour Rate (Monday to Saturday from 7.00am - 7.00pm)= Bidder to quote per table be-
low.
Rate B - Overtime Rate (Monday to Saturday beyond 7.00pm) = multiply 1.5 of Rate A
Rate C - Sunday and Malaysia Public Holiday = multiply 3.0 of Rate A
