2010-2013 Varsity Captain , Cross Country- Mid-Summer/ Fall Season- Fundraise in
activities to fund for the sport, attend practices, run in both races and invitationals.
Chosen as representative for Sportsmanship Summit 2013.
2011-2013 Varsity Member, Track & Field- Mid-Winter/Spring Season- Participate in
fundraising, attend practices and meetings, run both races and invitationals. Place to earn
league varsity points for the team. Events I joined were 4x4 relay, 800, 1600 and 3200.
2010-2013 Member: AVID (Advancement Via Individual Determination)-
This program is a college preparatory system that requires 10 pages of cornell notes per
week. While 2 times a week is dedicated for tutorial and complete form beforehand with
costa questions and a point of confusion. There is counseling, career and college based
research, then field trips to colleges. Encouragement for service hours, yet is optional.
2011-2013 Member, National Honors Society- Entire school year- Volunteer a
minimum of 10 service hours per semester, maintain a minimum grade point average of
3.5, demonstrate leadership skills and have academic honesty.
2012-2013 Member, AP Club- Entire school year- Fundraise for AP classes.
2012-2013 Member, Stand Up to Cancer- Spring/ Fall/Winter Season- Dedicate
volunteer service and participate in activities to spread cancer awareness. By actively
participating in charity walks to support money for survivors of cancer.

Summer Experiences:
Summer 2012 Volunteered and served 20 hours at the Boys and Girls Club.
Summer 2012 Joined Summer League to play as Junior Varsity in soccer.
Summer 2011-2013 Pre- Season Cross Country training 7/11-end of summer.
Summer 2012 Participated in the 2012 Kevin Cook Spirit Run.

Work and Volunteer Experiences:
2013 Making Strides Against Breast Cancer- 3 hours- I volunteered by
assisting at booths to give those who participated in the walk some
snacks, cleaned up after the event was over.
2013 Electric Run Volunteer and Participant- 8 hours- Assisting with the
packet pickup for those participating in the electric run. Then
helped by loading boxes into a truck.
2012-2013 Volunteer at Boys and Girls Club- 40 hours- Assist staff members
by tutoring children with homework, help with club based projects,
cleaning the facility and office assistance.
2011-2013 Volunteer for National Honors Society- 89 hours- Participate in
volunteer events such as the ones listed.
2013 Arthritis 2013 Walk- 5 hours- Assist cleaning out trash, picked up
after the event was over and cheering for participants of the walk.
2013 ROP Careers with Children Intern - Provide a safe and healthy
environment for children from 2-5 years old. Teach lessons and
organize small projects.
