Responsibilities
Provide support during the tender process by involvement in the optimization/validation of civil engineering
solutions, planning and quotation for the design & build of DWTP and WWTP;
Ensure the respect and the application of the Quality/Safety/Environmental Plans for any project they are
involved in;
Ensure that the planning for the construction phases and completion planning for DWTP and WWTP ongoing
projects are in place, updated and effective;
Financial overview of project in terms of: tender allowances; variances between tender and actual costs;
preparation of cost to complete forecasts with QS team;
Onsite management of Project, Site teams and Sub-contractors as appropriate;
Develop, monitor and implement the execution of civil engineering construction and financial activities through
management of on-site team
Responsible to develop and implement a quality plan that ensures the design and construction of a project
meets or exceeds the customer's specified performance criteria
Manage site work and logistics efficiently, looking for ways to improve
Work according to standard instruction and established procedures
Preparation of reports on the progress of works, or other report necessary from the contract point of view
Participation in the preparation of the project risk analysis
Monitor onsite project evolution thru systematically photographing the works
Organize civil works commissioning activities
Maintain and develop client relationships for ensuring a successful outcome on completion and enhancing
opportunities for securing repeat work;
Proactive approach to the environment and customer care of all the stakeholders involved in a project
promotion of positive image of the company;
Develop team culture to create an environment where motivation and morale is high and earn respect of team
members to gain their commitment and support that ensures their optimum input in the project;
Participate in team development for the benefit of the individuals and the company;
Develop supply chain relationships with suppliers and sub-contractors for the benefit of the project and future
contracts

Essential Requirements:
Degree in Civil Engineering required
5 10 years experience in a related position required
A strong desire for continuous professional development and improvement
Good written and verbal communication skills in English and Romanian
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently
Highly motivated and growth-oriented professional with an entrepreneurial spirit and a willingness to be a strong
team player
Computer skills in Microsoft Office
Valid driver's license required
Good communication skills, must be able to talk to process authorities about Civil works problem and to explain
to civil works sub-contractors process needs.
