Il TWENTYFLEX un sistema di cassa-
forma orizzontale per il getto di solai a
lastre, a travetti prefabbricati, a getto
pieno.

I puntelli utilizzati sono i CEP10-20-30.
possibile utilizzare anche i puntelli
ALUCP per altezze interpiano oltre i 6
m. Si tratta di un sistema a schema li-
bero; la maglia da utilizzare, viene sta-
bilita in base allo spessore del solaio e
alla portata dei puntelli. La distanza
massima delle travi di orditura se-
condaria invece di 50 cm. Il sistema
a seconda del solaio ha una sola
orditura o doppia orditura.

TWENTYFLEX is an horizontal
formwork system, used for the slabs,
full casting or prefabricated beams.
It is composed by yellow beams sup-
ported by cross-headed props.
The used props are CEP10 20 30.
It is possible to use also ALUCP props
for inter-foor height higher than 6m.
It is a free scheme system: the mesh
to be used is decided based on the
thickness of the slab and the load ca-
pacity of the props. On the other side,
the maximum distance between the
secondary frame beams is 50 cm. The
system, according to the slab, has a
single frame or a double frame.

Les tais utiliss sont les CEP 10 20
30. Cest possible dutiliser aussi les
tais ALUCP pour les hauteurs intra-
tage suprieurs 6 m. Il sagit dun
systme schme libre :les mailles
utiliser sont dcids selon lpaisseur
de la dalle et le poids.Au contraire, la
distance maximal entre les poutrelles
du voligeage secondaire est de 50cm.
Conformment la dalle, le systme
a une ou deux voligeages.

La scelta del puntello condiziona-
ta dallaltezza dellinterpiano e dal ca-
rico che deve agire sul puntello stesso.
I puntelli CEP10-250 e CEP10-300 cor-
rispondono alla classe A secondo DIN/
UNI EN1065.
I puntelli CEP10-350 e CEP10-400 cor-
rispondono alla classe B secondo DIN/
UNI EN1065.
I puntelli CEP20 corrispondono
alla classe C e D secondo DIN/UNI
EN1065.
I puntelli CEP30 corrispondono alla
classe E secondo DIN/UNI EN1065.
I puntelli in alluminio ALUCP posso-
no essere montati sia con la camicia
esterna in basso sia con il tubo interno
in basso.
Si montano le teste a croce sui puntelli
con treppiedi e poi si montano le travi
di orditura primaria e secondaria sulle
teste.
Il tavolato va montato in senso tra-
sversale rispetto alle travi di orditura
secondaria.
Per il lavoro in sicurezza si monta il
parapetto a morsa e tavole di legno
come protezione anticaduta.
Per disarmare necessario rispettare
i tempi di maturazione del calcestruz-
zo.
Dopo aver rimosso lintero sistema gli
elementi vanno depositati sui pallet di
stoccaggio specifci.

from the inter-foor height and the load.
CEP 10-250 and CEP 10-300 props
equal the A class according to DIN / UNI
EN1065.
CEP 10-350 and CEP 10-400 props
equal the B class according to DIN / UNI
EN1065.
CEP 20 props equal to C and D class ac-
cording to DIN / UNI EN1065.
CEP 30 props equal the E class according
to DIN / UNI EN1065.
Aluminium ALUCP props can be assem-
bled either with the external liner either
with the internal tube on the bottom.
It is necessary to assembly the cross-he-
ads on the props with the tripods, and
then the frame beams.
The planks have to be assembled tran-
sversally to the secondary frame beams.
For a safer environment, it is suggested
to use a parapet and wood planks.
To disassembly it is necessary to respect
the concrete drying timing.
After removing the whole system, the
elements need to be stocked on specifc
stocking pallets.

sversalement par rapport aux poutrelles
de voligeage secondaire.
Pour le travail en scurit il est nces-
saire de monter un parapet tau et
planchers de bois comme protection
antichute.
Pour dmonter le systme il est nces-
saire de respecter les temps de matura-
tion du bton.
Aprs le dmontage du systme les
lments doivent tre dposs sur des
palettes de chargement spcifques.

LECO un sistema di cassaforma oriz-
zontale per il getto di solai con disar-
mo anticipato. Il sistema costituito
da travi di orditura GPH20, teste TDA
e teste di appoggio intermedie.
I puntelli utilizzati sono i CEP10-20-30
e i puntelli ALUCP.
Si tratta di un sistema a schema libero;
la maglia da utilizzare, viene stabilita
in base allo spessore del solaio e alla
portata dei puntelli.
La distanza massima delle travi di
orditura primaria di 200 cm.
La distanza massima delle travi di
orditura secondaria invece di 50 cm.
In entrambi i casi si utilizza la trave in
legno lunghezza 2,65 m.
La distanza massima tra i puntelli di
1 m, per questo vengono utilizzati dei
puntelli intermedi con la testa dap-
poggio.
ECO is an horizontal formwork system
for slab casting with anticipated remo-
val. The system is composed by GPH20
beams, TDA drop-heads and interme-
diate support heads.
Props used are CEP-10/ CEP-20 / CEP-30
and ALUCP.
It is a free scheme system: the mesh to be
used is decided based on the thickness
of the slab and the load capacity of the
props.
The maximum distance among primary
frame beams is 200 cm.
The maximum distance among secon-
dary frame beams is 50 cm instead.
In both cases the beams length used is
2.65 m.
The maximum distance among props is
1m, thats why intermediate props are
used with the support head.

Utilizzo di una sola lunghezza di travi
di orditura primaria e secondaria;

tutta la procedura di disarmo;
la testa dappoggio permette il fs-
saggio di puntellazioni intermedie;
i puntelli per solai sono omologati EN
1065, hanno fori per la regolazione
dellaltezza, la loro speciale flettatura
facilita la rimozione del puntello;
il treppiedi un supporto di montag-
gio per puntelli, le gambe orientabili
consentono un montaggio fessibile
anche negli angoli o in prossimit di
pareti.
Dopo aver armato il solaio con teste
e puntelli e travi di orditura primaria
e secondaria secondo le apposite ta-
belle, completare il sistema con il
montaggio del parapetto a morsa RD
(art. 20003) e tavole in legno come
da normativa vigente.
Il responsabile del cantiere deve assi-
curarsi della funzionalit del parapetto
di protezione, della sua confgurazione
dimpiego e dello stato dei componen-
ti in legno e/o metallici, che devono
essere conformi alle prescrizioni defnite
dalle leggi, norme ed istruzioni vigenti
per la prevenzione degli infortuni nelle
costruzioni. Fissare con chiodi o viti i
correnti e le tavole fermapiede del pa-
rapetto di protezione contro le cadute
dallalto.

prvention des accidents dans les bti-

Si esegue il getto e si attende il
periodo di maturazione minimo del
calcestruzzo.
Si inizia il recupero dai puntelli in-
termedi e dai treppiedi.
Si passa poi al recupero delle travi
di orditura secondaria e poi di orditu-
ra primaria e si lasciano i puntelli con
le teste e parte del tavolato.
Questa parte di componenti recupe-
rata pronta per essere riutilizzata
nella fase successiva con una seconda
dotazione di puntelli e teste.
Il disarmo deve essere efettuato solo
quando la maturazione del cls sia suf-
fciente, rispettando le direttive D.L.

ALUDECK un sistema di cassaforma
orizzontale per solai in c.a. a soletta
piena.
Il sistema costituito da travi di or-
ditura, pannelli a telaio in alluminio,
teste a caduta o anche teste fsse e
coprifessura.
Le teste a caduta hanno un sistema di
aggancio rapido autobloccante: si in-
serisce la testa nel puntello e si fa scat-
tare, per sflarla poi bisogna sbloccare
il fermo a scatto.
Il vantaggio principale di questo siste-
ma rispetto ai sistemi standard luti-
lizzo f una minore quantit di puntelli
e quindi tempi ridotti nella realizzazio-
ne, oltre che ad una manegevolezza
maggiore dovuta alla leggerezza dei
componenti.
ALUDECK is an horizontal formwork
for full-base reinforced-concrete
slabs.
The system is composed by framing
beams, aluminium panels, drop he-
ads or fxed heads and crevice-cover.
Drop-head have a quick-release lo-
cking system: the head goes in the
prop and get locked. To unlock it its
enough to unlock the system.
The main advantage compared to
standard systems is the need of fewer
props, which is a saving time factor
for assembly, and an increased ma-
nageability due to the lighter weight
of its components.

dalle pleine.
Le systme est constitu de poutrelles
de solivage, de panneaux chssis en
aluminium, de ttes de dcintrement
chute ou fxes et de couvre-fente.
Les ttes de dcintrement chute ont un
systme dattache autobloquant rapi-
de: insrer la tte dans ltai et le dclen-
cher ; pour lenlever il faut dbloquer le
boulon de fer.
Le principal avantage de ce systme par
rapport aux systmes standard est lu-
tilisation dune mineur quantit dtais,
en diminuent le temps pour la construc-
tion, au-del dune plus grande facilit
de manipulation en raison de la lgret
des composants.

Gli elementi del sistema sono realizza-
ti in alluminio ad alta resistenza, quin-
di estremamente leggeri.
Trattandosi di un sistema a moduli
standard, non necessario calcolare
n la distanza tra puntelli n linteras-
se tra le travi; ci signifca montaggio
facile e con esclusione di errori.
Si possono utilizzare sia i puntelli CEP
che i puntelli ALUCP.

Per il montaggio dellattrezzatura
provvisionale ALUDECK per solai si
inizia dallangolo. Si posizionano poi i
puntelli con le teste e le travi di ordi-
tura e si montano i pannelli modulari
al di sopra.
Con gli elementi di compensazione si
possono efetture i compensi lungo le
pareti e intorno ai pilastri.
Una particolare tipologia di testa a
caduta consente di ruotare la direzio-
ne delle travi utile sia per ottimizzare
la dotazione che per efettuare sbalzi
per passarelle perimetrali.

Grazie alla testa a caduta si pu, in
poco tempo, procedere al disarmo e
quindi alla rimozione dei pannelli e
delle travi.
Il disarmo avviene in funzione dello
spessore del solaio e della resistenza a
compressione del calcestruzzo.
Dopo il disarmo, i puntelli con le teste
e i coprifessura rimangono in opera,
mentre i pannelli e le travi di orditura
vengono rimossi.
Le travi di orditura e i pannelli posso-
no essere riutilizzati dopo il disarmo,
in modo tale da ridurre la quantit di
componenti in dotazione.
Il disarmo delle casseforme a telaio
deve essere efettuato solo quando
la maturazione del cls sia sufcien-
te, rispettando le direttive D.L.

Prima di utilizzare i contenitori legge-
re attentamente ed attenersi alle istru-

Lo stoccaggio dei componenti pu
avvenire con il contenitore per pan-

Gli elementi devono essere ben legati
e imbracati per evitare lo spostamen-
to o sflamento durante lo stoccaggio

La norma UNI EN1065 impone una
classifcazione dei puntelli in relazione
alla loro portata e pone precise pre-
scrizioni geometriche e meccaniche
alle varie parti che compongono lele-
mento. La stessa norma introduce una
serie di prescrizioni che certifcano la
qualit dei puntelli telescopici regola-
bili in acciaio con flettatura coperta o
scoperta, destinati alluso in cantiere.
A tale scopo vengono specifcati ma-
teriali, requisiti di progetto, alternati-
ve di protezione contro la corrosione
e metodi di verifca con lutilizzo sia di
calcoli che di prove sperimentali.
Conformi allo standard europeo sono
i puntelli CEP Condor European
Props prodotti da CONDOR. Essi con-
sentono allutilizzatore di scegliere il
tipo di puntello con le caratteristiche
coproptive e di portata pi idoneo alle
specifche esigenze di cantiere, con la
garanzia della classe di appartenenza.
I puntelli CEP sono prodotti in tre mo-
delli:
CEP10 con portate variabili da 30 a 10
kN (classe A-B)
CEP20 con portate variabili da 35 a 20
kN (classe C-D)
CEP30 con portata variabili da 40 a 30
kN (classe E)
The UNI EN1065 standard classifes
props according to their capacity and
sets precise geometric and mechanical
specifcations relating to the various
parts that make up the element. This
standard also presents a set of specifca-
tions that certify the quality of adjusta-
ble, telescopic steel props with covered
or uncovered threading designed for
use on construction sites.
For this purpose, materials, project re-
quirements, anti-corrosion protection
and checking methods are specifed
with the use of both calculations and
experimental tests.
CEP props comply with European stan-
dards - CONDOR products. These props
allow the user to select the type of prop
with the appropriate construction and
capacity characteristics for the specifc
requirements of the construction site as
well as the guarantee of the class they
belong to.
Three models of CEP prop are produced:
CEP10 with variable capacity ranging
between 30 and 10 kN (class A-B)
CEP20 with variable capacity ranging
between 35 and 20 kN (classes C-D)
CEP30 with variable capacity ranging
between 40 and 30 kN (classes E)
La norme UNI EN1065 impose une clas-

On se doit donc de prciser les matriaux
utilis, de spcifer les traitements contre
la corrosion, les mtodes de calcul et les
essais raliss.
Les tais CEP, produits par le CONDOR,
sont conformes aux normes europen-
nes. Ils permettent lutilisateur de
choisir le type dtais suivant les ca-
ractristiques techniques et les charges
suportes les mieux adaptes aux exi-
gences spcifques de chantier, avec la
garantie de la classe dappartenance.
Les tais CEP sont produits en trois
modles:
CEP10 avec portes variables de 30 10
kN (classe A-B)
CEP20 avec portes variables de 35 20

This prop is equipped with a 10 cm anti-
hand-crushing device that can be inser-
ted into a stripping tool. The prop can
also be used with a 50 cm extension.

Puntelli in alluminio alta
portata ALU CP
Sono puntelli in alluminio disponibili
in 4 versioni: CP 260, 350, 480, 600 con
estensione da 1,80 a 6,00 m.
Questi puntelli sono pi leggeri dei
normali puntelli in acciaio e nonostan-
te ci hanno portate estremamente
elevate che arrivano fno a 90kN.
Facili da impiegare grazie alla ghiera
girevole e gancio antisflamento.
Il particolare fletto permette una pu-
lizia continua evitando cos problemi
di inceppamento nonostante le incro-
stazioni di cemento.

aluminium Props
4 versions of these aluminium props are
available: CP 260, 350, 480, 600 with
extensions ranging from 1.80 to 6.00 m.
These props are lighter than normal
steel ones but, nevertheless, they have
extremely high capacity levels of up to
90kN.
The props are easy to use thanks to a ro-
tating ring and anti-deformation hook.
The specifc thread allows continual cle-
aning, thus preventing blockages despi-
te cement deposits.
