All the candidates who wish to seek admission online in the respective CET Codes for which Online Counselling is being held should logon to http://www.ipuadmissions.nic.in. The stepwise process for online allotment of seat is as given below: I. Submission of Counselling Participation Fee
1. Candidate has to deposit Rs 1000/- as one time (non refundable) Counselling Participation Fee, as per schedule. 2. For depositing the Counselling Participation Fee, candidate has to enter CET details viz CET Roll No, Date of Birth, Mobile No.
After submitting the details, the candidate will get three options for payment of Counseling Participation Fee:
a) Through Cash Payment (Challan will be generated and fee may deposit through cash any branch of Indian Bank. b) Through Net Banking of Indian Bank c) Through Net Banking of other Bank /Credit/Debit Card.
II. Registration
1. After confirmation of receipt of the Counselling Participation Fee, candidate has to register within the Registration period notified on the website. 2. In case of Cash Payment, candidate can register only after two working days of cash deposit in Indian Bank. 3. For Registration, candidate has to enter CET details.
4. After authentication, the candidate has to enter his/her personal details /academic /contact details (with address, mob no. & email ID) and choose a password.
5. Action by the candidate who fail to register after submission of Counselling participation fee : i. Such candidates who are unable to complete the registration process due to mismatch/ discrepancy in the candidates particulars, are required to report to the University Helpdesk in person with the relevant proof of depositing the Counselling Participation Fee before the end of the Registration period. ii. All candidates whose result is awaited and all those candidates who have passed out from distance mode of Education should report to the University with the required affidavit on the Stamp Paper of Rs. 10/- duly attested by Notary Public and proof of Study Centre issued by their respective University.
Such candidates who report with the relevant documents to the University shall be granted permission to register online.
III. Choice Filling
1. After registration, candidates can login to their respective account by selecting the course and entering his/her CET Roll No and the password as generated by the candidate.
IMPORTANT: - It is in the interest of the candidates to remember his/her password and keep it highly confidential, to avoid misuse, for which the University will not be responsible. 2. The candidates can also change the password if required using the change Password menu.
3. The candidate can also edit the details filled in the registration form by choosing Edit Details option from the menu.
4. The candidates must print two copies of the Registration Form (One copy for submission and the other to carry for record and all future references).
5. After registration, candidate has to fill choices from the list of all possible combinations of institutes and courses in the order of his preference during the choice filling period. 6. Choices filled by the candidates must be in order of preferences and not in alphabetical or in any other order. 7. Choice filling is mandatory for allotment of seat for all candidates.
8. After the Choice filling period is over, choices filled by candidate cannot be changed and same choices will be used for all rounds of counselling. 9. Candidates are advised to fill maximum number of choices as it increases the probability of getting the desirable seat.
IV. Verification of Documents
1. All candidates who have registered online in the Reserved Category (SC, ST, OBC, PH, DEF, SM and KM) are required to report to the University in person along with the required documents for the verification in the respective category.
