1. Students will search for different grocery supplies and their prices
using various newspaper ads.
2. Students will make predictions on which supermarket they think will
be the cheapest.
3. Students will list the amount of each item and the total cost in each supermarket
using a digital spreadsheet.
4. Students will compare the prices of the grocery items and graph it using the
digital spreadsheet.

Application
Students will role play grocery shopping. Students will be assigned roles such as
cashiers, baggers, manager, shoppers, etc.. Teacher will give students play money and
go pretend shopping.
