Subj: CONDITIONAL ACCEPTANCE AND REQUEST REGARDING AUTHENTIC STATEMENT
REGARDING ACCOUNTING
Encl: (1) Request regarding Authentic Statement of Account
1. I am in receipt of your letter dated 12/27/2011 and I
conditionally accept your bill for $20,000.00 upon my receipt of a
verified claim to my office signed by an authorised representative
from your Company, submitted with the following proofs for
consideration:
(a) Proof. I agree to pay your claim of $20,000.00 upon proof
that the account no 123456 is not satisfied and paid in full and
reflecting a zero balance due. To validate your claim you are
required within 14 days to correct the following true statements; or
rebut the following statements as being untrue; or agree, consent, and
assent to the statements as fact, by remaining silent.

STATEMENT OF FACTS
(1) On November 10, 2011 we received an offer for discount
payoff price of $29,034.31 by Pat Canfield on behalf of ABC Homes,
LLC.
(2) On December 8, 2011 payment was received by ABC homes. See
PS Form 3811 Domestic Return Receipt 70111570000109258339 [exhibit A]
(3) There exists no evidence or certification of dishonour to
the tender and therefore the facts establish that the final credit to
the account is made and the balance is adjusted to zero
full.

(4) The account for the total sum of 20,000.00 is now paid in

(b) Verification. Your claim must be verified to prove the


validity, by presenting the alleged obligation under oath or notary
seal, and signed by an Officer of ABC Company, under penalty of
perjury as to accord with impartiality honesty and integrity.
2. This is an un rebutted statement of facts. Your response is not
required, however if you fail to rebut these statements within 14 days
then it shall certify your consent, assent, and agreement to the
statements as true, correct, complete, and not misleading.
3. Additionally all further communications to our office shall be
made only by an Officer of ABC homes, LLC, signed in Ink, including
the Title and Name of individual verifying the data and affirming its
accuracy and authenticity. Please cease and desist all communications
that are not signed in accordance with the provisions made herewith.

The failure to do so constitutes a prejudice to my rights and is


damaging to me.
Therefore, should we continue to receive unsigned communication from
your office, it shall constitute your agreement to compensate us for
this predetermined sum of $10,000.00 per document.
