 Lamb Kabobs
1 1⁄2 to 2 pounds lamb, cut into 1-inch cubes
3 tbsp. Wildtree Korma Curry
1 tbsp. Natural Grapeseed Oil

In a large bowl, toss the Korma Curry, Grapeseed Oil and the
lamb until the meat is well coated.

Skewer the meat on metal skewers or wooden skewers that

have been soaked in water.

Arrange skewers on rack in broiler pan. Broil about 4 inches

from heat turning several times. Broil for about 20 minutes, or
until lamb kabobs are done to your liking. Great on the grill too.

1 pound thinly sliced chicken breast
or veal cutlet
½ cup flour
2 tbsp. Natural Grapeseed Oil
¾ cup Piccata Sauce
Salt and pepper
Optional Sliced Lemon or butter

Combine ½ cup of flour with salt

and pepper. Dredge chicken or veal
cutlets in the flour mixture.

Heat Natural Grapeseed Oil in

large sauté pan, starting with
1 tablespoon, using more if
necessary. Sauté each side until
juice runs clear or until desired
doneness. Add ¾ cup of Piccata
Sauce to the pan allowing it to
cover the chicken or veal and heat.
Be sure to scrape up the bits and
pieces on the bottom of the pan as
it adds to the flavor.

Transfer the chicken or veal with

sauce to a covered serving dish.
Serve warm with Wildtree Parmesan

Preheat oven to 350.̊ Make pizza dough
according to directions.

Roll out the dough and cut into ¼ inch wide

strips. Roll them and tie the strips in a knot.

Mix 1 tablespoon of Scampi Blend with 1

tablespoon of Roasted Garlic Grapeseed Oil.

Brush the blend on the knots and bake them in

the oven at 350˚ for 15-17 minutes.

Pizza Dough
2 tbsp. Natural Grapeseed Oil
4 cups water
2 tbsp. baking soda
2 tbsp. coarse salt

Preheat oven to 450.̊ Make pizza dough

according to directions. Divide dough into 12
equal shapes and roll them into 18˝ lengths and
cut in half. Twist or form into rods.

In a large pot, add baking soda to four (4) cups

 In the beginning ...
I didn’t know I’d be starting a company. All I wanted was to make dinner. My kids had
dietary restrictions, so opening a box of store bought macaroni and cheese was not an
option. I needed to create meals that were nutritious, delicious, unprocessed, and easy
to prepare. Mostly, I wanted to make dinners my family would love.

Magnificent, healthful meals in minutes. Is that too much to ask? Back then, it was. So
my parents pitched in and we all started experimenting with herbs and spices. We put
some interesting combinations together for pizza, pasta, roast chicken, barbecue …
storing them in recipe-size bags made prep time incredibly fast. My neighbors wanted
some. My friends wanted some. We started bringing our culinary blends to local fairs.
And then somebody said, how about selling them at home parties?
