Manage inventory and purchasing for Smart Start Early Childhood Programs
DCFS -assisted with DSFS audit, communication and maintaining all DCFS
Files, Regulations, and documentation discrepancies through resolution.
Performed collections and payment plans to day care, preschool and latch key and day
camp programs, through resolution.
Respond to all phone and in person inquiries regards to ALL Smart Start Early
Childhood Program. Resolve problems through resolutions, and advise clients of
resolution or respond with answers to inquires.
Maintain inventory and purchasing for Programs for day care, preschool. Latch key
and day camp programs.

Audit invoices for accuracy and code bills for day care, pre school, latch key, and day
camp for purchasing, inventory, expenses, and expense reports.
Maintain, coordinate and monitor wait list for Smart Start Early Childhood Center.
Create and design Marking / flyers/ advertisements for program, such as preschool, day
care, day camp, and specialty events.
Complete on-boarding for new clients for Early Childhood Families, including all
documentation required and prepare file/ audit for accuracy.
Monitor clients needs and, created lunch menus program for Smart Start Early
Childhood Center, including specialty needs of clients.
Assisted with planning special events, such as filed trips, weekly activities planning,
purchasing, set up and traveling as Supervisor for tips and volunteer time as needed
for special events.

o Assist with daily scheduling of Latch Key Staff and holiday schedule
