Choose a minimum of 4 vegetables off the list
Use Lettuce sparingly. Use more wholesome vegetables from the list.
Dice all vegetables into tiny pieces
For dressing use all dry spices to taste and you can use a little olive oil with vinegar, garlic,
or lemon for a dressing.

SAUTE VEGETABLES

Vegetables that need cutting are to be cut into chunk sized pieces

Broccoli
Cauliflower
Asparagus
Brussel sprouts
Carrots
French Beans/ other string beans
Snow Peas
Cabbage
Beetroot
Gherkins
Peppers of all types green/yellow/red
Mushroom
Corn
Peas
Zucchini


After Cutting place in a covered bowl all the hard vegetables, sprinkle some water on top,
about a handful, and cook in the microwave with the lid on for 3 mins on high or steam till
partly cooked

In a Nonstick Pan pour in some Olive Oil and throw in diced Garlic, sliced onions and
saut the microwaved vegetables first and then add the other vegetables like corn and
mushroom and peas which cook faster last. The end product should be crunchy.

You can season vegetables with Soya sauce or other such light sauces. Avoid using sweet
sauces. Dry spices can be used as well as herbs of your choice.
