RE : Schedule of XU-CSG University-Wide General Assembly
DATE : 17 June 2014


During the strategic planning last 24 May 2014, it was decided that the XU-CSG University-Wide General
Assembly will be scheduled on 16 July 2014 (Wednesday). This years general assembly will open the
week-long Organizational Trip, and at the same time, will kick off the upcoming series of general
assemblies organized by the different campus-based organizations. The general assembly and Org Trip
opening ceremonies will be organized by the XU-CSGs Department of Events Management, and
Department of Organizational Support and Services, together with the Assembly of Extra-Curricular
Organization (AECO). Further details about the event will be posted soon.

We request all campus-based organizations (especially the college councils, co-curricular, and
extracurricular organizations) to schedule their general assemblies on dates after the 16
th
of July.

XU-CSG hopes for your support during the university-wide general assembly and the Organizational
Trip opening ceremonies.
