JAA ENGINEERING DESIGN & CONSULTANCY SERVICES PRIVATE LIMITED (JAA
ENGG. DCSPL) was built-in to provide engineering and related technical services for various
fields and areas as listed below. JAA ENGG. DCSPL is a private limited company which is
incorporated at Hyderabad, A.P under Government of India. In addition to the areas listed
here, it has expertise and technical strength in various other fields also. JAA ENGG. DCSPL
today leading in engineering, design and consultancy field for the variety and a complete
range of projects & services which are needed to complete in the different stages of a job
from conceptual stage, plan, design, engineer, construct and operate projects to meet the
specific requirements of its clients in the variety of fields as given below:

1. To engage in the business of Engineering design and Consultancy services in the areas of
Constructions, Contracting including the design, manufacture, erection, alteration, repair,
revamp and installation of plants, buildings, structures, highways, any engineering works,
systems, Roads, interior works, water & waste water, water supply & distribution, refinery, oil
and gas, pipelines, onshore and offshore, terminals, bridges and dams, Ponds, mechanical,
electrical and electronic machinery, equipment, apparatus and devices.

2. To carry on the Consultancy business in the field of light, medium and heavy Engineering
Machinery, Turnkey Projects, setting of Yarn & Textile manufacturing and Processing units,
Machineries, Provision of Textile technology in natural fibre and manmade fibre and
installation projects of Electronic Power, Electronics, Petro-chemicals, Plastics, paper,
chemicals consumable and durable goods and to provide financial, engineering and project
consultancy services to foreign and Indian buyers, sellers, exporters, importers,
manufacturers, traders, enterprises in all the fields and trades.

3. To engage in the business of Engineering design, Consultancy and Contracting services in
the areas of Civil, mechanical, structural, automobile, textile, agricultural, aeronautical,
aviation, chemical, refrigerating air conditioning, insulating, heating, interior, electrical and
other areas relating to engineering.
JAA ENGG. DCSPL is technically capable to provide consultancy services from concept to
commissioning in all the sectors given above, monitoring the operation of each plant and
collecting feedback on its performance. JAA ENGG. DCSPL provides its services in the form
of following manner:
i) Conceptual Studies, Feasibility Studies, Detailed Project Reports, FEED Package, Basic
Design Engineering Package Project Management, Planning & Scheduling, Cost Engineering,
Process Design, Detailed Engineering, Procurement Services, Construction Management &
Supervision, Commissioning and plant startup assistance all complete.

1.1 Company Details

JAA Engg, 51 employees strong, is a leading provider of engineering, design & consultancy
services and operation tools to EPC & Owner-Operator companies and self owned units
worldwide. The Engineering and Design Business Group provides services for engineering,
procurement and construction management for both grassroot and revamp projects in
various fields. Various projects in the oil and gas, pipelines, energy, refining, petrochemical,
roads, building, rail, water, waste water and environmental fields are under execution for
variety of industries.

JAA Engg offers a range of services that includes all of the engineering disciplines. Our
engineering professionals have excel l ent first-hand industry and construction experience in
all aspects of the engineering,design and consultancy i n v a r i e t y o f f i e l d s f o r work
i n process, including conceptual studies, Front End Process Engineering and Design

2. Various Project Interaction

JAA Engg Internationally have two main functions.
Client Relationship Management
Project Setup and Management

a. Client Relationship Management:
The Client Manager looks after the commercial content of a project arrangement.
They are responsible for the projects ultimate success, the contract, invoicing, attending
project meetings as required, management reporting and issue ownership and escalation.

b. Project Setup and Management:
Strong and Robust project management controls and procedures are available to
ensuring successful execution and delivery. JAA Engg manages project execution with a
comprehensive methodology and has skills of managing complex projects across multiple
locations.

Projects are executed using a mix of building,raod,oil and gas onshore/offshore resources
blended to match the requirements of the projects specifications. The project team is likely
to consist of a:
Local Project Manager to interface with the client team.
Project Execution Manager to manage the related project team
Engineering Team staffed with appropriate levels of Exper t i se, skill and
experience in the disciplines required to fulfill the contract.

The Project Execution Manager and the technical team are located at the Main office in
Hyder abad, with technical team members being deployed to client site as required.

The Local Project Manager is responsible for:
Working with the client to define the detailed scope of work and technical
specifications
Execution of the project plan
Management of the deliverables to meet the project schedule
Preparing the quality plan
Resolution of technical issues with the client
Attending project meetings
Liaison and communication between JAA Engg and the client

Project Execution Manager is responsible for:
Managing the project delivery schedule
Assuring and approving the quality of the deliverables
Ownership and resolution of technical issues
Managing the technical team

The Engineering Team is responsible for
Performing the projects tasks

Progress meetings are held on an agreed schedule with the client or informal, as-
on when required basis. These will be used to monitor project progress, carry out
project reviews and resolve any technical issues.
