The lessee shall not sub-let, under let or part with possession of the schedule premises
or any portion of thereof in favour of any third parties. The lessee, after the expiry of this
lease shall handover the vacant possession of the schedule premises to the lessor in a
good and tenantable condition.
6. The lessee shall maintain the schedule premises in a good and tenantable condition
without causing any damage. Incase of any damage the lessee shall be liable to rectify the
same, The lessee shall not do any illegal activities and shall not make any kind of
partying, nuisances or disturbances in the schedule property.
. The lessee shall pay the electricity charges in respect of the schedule premises to the
concerned authorities regularly. The lessee shall pay the water charges sharing with other
tenants.
!. The lessee shall not put up any additions alterations whether permanent or temporary
on the schedule premises without the written consent of the lessor.

The said security deposit shall remain with the lessor without any liability to pay interest
till the lessee shall surrender vacant possession of the entire schedule premises to the
lessor on the expiry of the lease. The lessor shall refund the said security deposit to the
lessee on his surroundings vacant possession after deducting arrears of rent, electric
charges and damages if any.

himself or by his agent and the lessee shall not ob,ect for the same. The lessor has already
