group of individuals, or any member of any armed, defence or auxiliary
forces, irrespective of his nationality, who commits or has committed, in
the territory of Bangladesh, whether before or after the commencement
of this Act, any of the crimes mentioned in sub-section (2).|

21. Right of appeal.(1) A person convicted of any crime specified in
section 3 and sentenced by a Tribunal shall have the right of appeal
to the Appellate Division of the Supreme court of Bangladesh
against such conviction and sentence.
(2) The Government shall have the right of appeal to the Appellate
Division of the Supreme Court of Bangladesh against an order of
acquittal.
(3) An appeal under sub-section (1) or (2) shall be preferred within
sixty days of the date of order of conviction and sentence or
acquittal.|
