The document discusses different products from Divinol for coagulating water-based and solvent-based paints, including coagulants, defoamers, and flocculants. Coagulants fully detack paint overspray and assist flotation or sedimentation. Defoamers are used for paints that foam, especially water-based paints. Flocculants are used with coagulants to treat circulating water in paint systems, generating large flocs that can be easily discharged.

Coagulation of water-based and solvent-based paints
Divinol Coagulants Liquid paint coagulants for water-conducting paint systems with oating or sedimenting discharge system. Divinol Koag products fully detack paint overspray and assist otation or sedimentation depending on the type of paint. Divinol Defoamers Using a Divinol defoamer is only necessary when paints that tend to foam are used in painting. This is the case particularly when processing water-based paints. Due to the excellent long-term effect, using just small amounts of the highly concentrated product is sufcient. Divinol Flocculants Divinol occulants are mainly used in combination with Divinol coagulants for the treatment of circulating water in paint systems. A large foc is generated that can be easily discharged. Divinol occulants are also used in sewage treatment. Due to the specialised composition they are excellently suited to all kinds of waste water. Due to the excellent detacking and compacting effect, the coagulant can be removed using automatic discharge systems. The useful life of the water is increased and cleaning expenses reduced to a minimum. Your advantages: - Low levels of dosage required - Excellent detacking properties - Longer cleaning intervals - Low cleaning expenses - Reduced disposal costs - Optimised formulation of coagulants in terms of defoamer consumption - Individual product selection through laboratory tests We offer more: - Advice and support regarding disposal - Minimisation of errors through automated dosing ECOLOGY ECONOMY PROCESS OPTIMISATION Coagulation of water-based and solvent-based paints Zel l er+Gmel i n GmbH & Co.
