Syrian Arab army withdrew
troops from two positions in
the rebel-held al-Waer dis-
trict; a step seen by activists
as sign of SAA intention to
bomb the district.Negotia-
tions between the two war-
ring parties, meant to reach
a reconciliation, have col-
lapsed recently.
Major General Abed al-Aziz
al-Shalal was assigned as a
defense minister in interim
opposition government to
succeed Asaad Mustafa.
In an interview with Zaman al-
Wasel website, former defense
minister in the interim govern-
ment Asaad Mustafa said he
resigned from offce because
he was unable to afford the
necessary needs of rebels in-
side Syria, but he is still a ser-
vant of the revolution. Musta-
fa explained that he prevented
from doing what it takes for
the Revolution.These obsta-
cles delayed the revolutions
victory, Mustafa said, fght-
ing the regime was an incom-
parable pleasure, especially
during my visits to rebels
on battle fronts or in Syria`s
neighboring countriesThe
former minister also asserted
that all the diffculties he faced
came from people or parties
that should be allies in fght-
ing the criminal regime.

Shahbaa operation room,
which was formed two days
ago to attack Nubel and
al-Zahraa towns, Abdul al-

Yarmouk Army issued an
initiative titled Charter of
Brothers in Blood and Reli-
gion in order to resolve dis-
putes between revolutionary
parties in Daraa. Yarmouk
Army called all the factions
to sign this Charter in order
to unify efforts and attitudes.
The Charter aims to achieve
equality between all Mus-
lims, pledges to solve the dis-
putes between factions legal-
ly without shedding blood or
instigating sectarianism. To
realize this objective, a rec-
onciliation committee should
be formed to remove dis-
putes between the two fght-
ing parties. Yarmouk Army
considered reluctance to sign
this charter without explain-
ing the legal justifcations as
a deliberate refusal of collec-
tive work which aims to pre-
vent sedition.
