Verily in the remembrance of Allah do the hearts find tranquility
Ramadan is the month you want to excel in. There is no better time to leave behind doubts, peer pressure, and bad habits by replacing them with humility, repentance, and good habits. Every time you do one of the following actions, check it off on the appropriate date. Try your best to continue with these actions after Ramadan because thats more important! Small but consistent.
Key: 1-5: Five obligatory prayers on time. 6: 12 rakah Sunnah (14 according to others). 2 before Fajr, 4 before Duhr, 2 after Duhr, 2 after Maghrib, 2 after Isha. 7: Morning and night supplications. [www.islamawareness.net/Dua/Fortress/027.html] 8: Tasbeeh after prayers (33 SubhanAllah, Alhamdulillah, Allahu Akbar), Ayat Al-Kursi, Al-Ikhlas, Al-Falaq, An-Naas 9: Salat Ad-Duha, at least 2 rakahs (up to 8 rakahs). 10: Astughfirullah 100 times. 11: SubhanAllahi Wa Behamdihi, SubhanAllahil Atheem 100 times. 12: La Ilaha Illa Allah Wahdahu La Shareeka Lah, Lahul Mulk, Walahul Hamd, Wa-huwa ala kulli shayin qadeer 100 times 13: Pray on the Prophet (pbuh) 100 times. Allah (swt) will send prayers on you 1000 times. 14: Read at least one Juz of Quran a day, or for 1 hour at your own pace. 15: Clear your heart from all ill feelings, grudges, jealousy, envy, etc. every night. 16. Make sincere duaa for the Ummah. 17: Read Surat Al-Mulk before sleeping. 18: Read Ayat Al-Kursi, the last 2 verses of Surat Al-Baqarah, and the last 3 suwar (3x each) before sleeping. 19: Pray Salat At-Taraweeh until the Imam leaves (for full reward) and Salat Al-Witr. 20: Avoid wrongdoings (backbiting, cussing, lying, cheating, music, smoking, etc.). 21: Give in charity for the sake of Allah, even if just a little every day. Spread this evenly on the last 10 nights. 22: Pray extra Tahajjud/Qiyam during the last ten nights aside from Taraweeh.
