PREFACE

Experience is the Best Teacher- This saying plays a guiding role in inclusion of
Summer Project as a part of IMBA study. This type of Industrial Training allows us
an exposure to real Business Environment.
Management training remains incomplete without practically understanding real
management programmer. Theoretical knowledge alone is not enough for
complete management training. The practical training in the form of Summer
Project at the IMBA level develops awareness about real Management
Environment in the students and also helps us to understand the difficulties and
challenges in the Business World.
Same way in terms of Industrial training I got an opportunity to go to an Industry
and to learn corporate culture. Along with that I also learned how to gather
information and transform them in to a useful tool for the productive result.
I have tried my best to present this report in such a way it received the fair and
take meaningful ideas about industry to the reader.
