occu%ancy? of the boar' in the shelf figure an' the ser.ices can be affecte' conseBuently.

Alarms a%%ear /hen #$U occu%ancy rate is high an' the first three %rocesses an' tasCs of the
high #$U occu%ancy are in the attache' information of the alarms. They are as sho/n in the
follo/ing.

The blue %arts are $NO of the first three %rocesses of the high #$U occu%ancy rate an' TID
of the first three tasCs.
There are t/o con'itions for the tasCs of high #$U occu%ancy rate. One is the high #$U
occu%ancy rate of the 'is%atching tasC3 /hich is cause' by the high #$U occu%ancy rate of the
%rocess. On this con'ition3 it reBuires checCing /hy the %rocess occu%ies so much #$U. The other
is the high #$U occu%ancy rate of the non:'is%atching tasC3 /hich shoul' be analy0e'
accor'ingly.
To 5u'ge /hether a tasC is the 'is%atching tasC is to log onto the boar' .ia telnet an' ty%e the
comman' >i.? =in' the name of the tasC accor'ing to TID. If the name of the tasC is
>S#H"IS#H!3? it is the 'is%atching tasCJ other/ise3 it is not.

The high #$U occu%ancy rate is 'i.i'e' into the normal con'ition an' the abnormal
con'ition. If the #$U occu%ancy rate is high /hen the ser.ice traffic is high an' it is lo/ /hen the
ser.ice traffic is lo/3 it is the normal con'ition. If the #$U occu%ancy rate is high al/ays or
occasionally /hen the ser.ice traffic is lo/3 it reBuires checCing. This 'ocument is mainly use' for
this situation. On the con'ition of the occasionally high #$U occu%ancy rate3 it reBuires analy0ing
an' 5u'ging /hether it is normal accor'ing to the 'etaile' information of the history alarms an'
2MS o%eration logs /hen the high #$U occu%ancy rate re%eats.

.2 C+ec&in' T+o('+ ,%ttern
). #onfirm the o%eration /hen the alarm a%%ears. The on:site engineers shoul' fee'bacC
that /hether the 'ata3 re%ort an' synchroni0ing boar' are mo'ifie'. ,hen necessary3 the
on:site engineers can be 'eman'e' to sen' bacC the 2MS o%eration logs for analysis. If it
is normal for some o%erations to lea' to the high #$U occu%ancy rate of some %rocesses3
it nee's not checCing. =or eFam%le3 it is normal that the high occu%ancy rate of
"FE"G""")/hen the o%eration file management is co%ying the files an' the high
occu%ancy rates of "Fc"9""") an' "Fc"<""") /hen the o%eration 'atabase is sen'ing
the 'ata. If the #$U occu%ancy rate is lo/ after the o%erations of these %rocesses3
generally3 it is normal.
9. On the con'ition of re%etiti.e alarms3 on:site engineers shoul' be 'eman'e' to ty%e the
comman' an' sen' bacC the %rinting information for analysis.
<. Analy0e the %rinte' information an' confirm the %rocesses of the highest #$U
occu%ancy rate. Analy0e /hether they are normal /ith the on:site con'ition. Other
sections may be nee'e' for checCing accor'ing to the 'ifferences of the %rocesses.
