BUSINESS DESCRIPTION
Oxford Industries, Inc. is an international apparel design, sourcing
and marketing company that features a diverse portfolio of owned and
licensed lifestyle brands, Company-owned retail operations and a
collection of private label apparel businesses. Our primary business
strategy is to expand sales of compelling lifestyle brands, such as
Tommy Bahama
brands enjoy.
In a weak market, maintaining this brand integrity is paramount.
We will take significant action in 2008. The title of this report,
More Aspirations, could not be a truer statement. We continue
to invest enthusiastically in both Tommy Bahama and Ben Sherman,
and the coming year will be an important one in the strategic
evolution of both brands.
TOMMY BAHAMA LIFESTYLE
CONTINUING TO EXPAND
Our investments in Tommy Bahama, in particular, are focused on
direct-to-consumer vehicles that include our own retail stores and a
new e-commerce website. The site has exceeded expectations since
its launch in October 2007 and has enabled us to reach consumers in
all 50 states. Similar to our retail stores, the Tommy Bahama site pro-
vides an opportunity to present the complete brand experience to
our target consumers. With an initial launch that was limited to our
core menswear line, TommyBahama.com now features the brands
full product range, including swimwear, womens sportswear, and
Tommy Bahama Golf 18

customer. Lanier Clothes products are sold at national chains, department stores,
mass merchants, specialty stores, specialty catalog retailers and discount retailers
throughout the U.S.

to affordable luxury, such as this Arnold Brant
