THE CRAFT TABLE Make & Do Activity Kit Commemorative aerogramme This aerogramme commemorates the centenary of Australias rst airmail ight in July 1914. Maurice Guillaux was the rst pilot and ew from Melbourne to Sydney in a Bleriot XI aircraft. Time: 10 minutes + time to write Difculty: Hint: Visit the Museum to see a Bleriot XI airplane hanging from the ceiling! Print out your template in colour. Use scissors to cut around the black lined edges. 1. Write your letter on the back of the aerogramme (avoid the aps) and also on the front bottom panel. 2. Fill in both the address labels. 3. Fold your aerogramme along the dotted lines, beginning with the bottom panel and then the aps as shown. 4. Seal the aps with a little glue. the addresses should be showing on; one on the front and the other on the back. 5.
