We the family of the late Judy MacDonald would like to
express sincere gratitude and thanks to all who
supported Judy and her family with food, childcare,
visits and prayers during her illness. A special thank
you to East Hants VON and Palliative Care for their
ongoing support and to the West Gore Disciple and Noel
Road Presbyterian Churches and community members
for providing regular meals and food to the family.
Special thanks to Rev. Martin Reid, Dale Crawford and
Ettingers Funeral Home for the very personal funeral

she would have been sincerely pleased with your
generosity. Your caring, support and prayer was greatly

Anniversary on July 19
th
in Maitland and would like the community that has
supported them throughout this time to join them in
the celebrations. There will be a parade of fire trucks
and emergency apparatus beginning at 3pm (line up is
at 2pm), a viewing of the trucks following the parade
with a supper at 5:30pm followed by presentations,
demonstrations and talent show beginning at 7pm.
Cash bar will be open as well.
The Benedict family extends a heartfelt thank-you
to their family, friends, local businesses and the
community for their generous support during a
stressful time. A special thank-you is extended to the
benefit organizers for all your hard work in setting it up,
to the performers and contributors.
It was great medicine to visit with everyone.

vendors and community interest to start a weekly
farmers market at the centre in South Maitland.
Space will be free to vendors selling items such as
Fresh Fruit & Veggies, Herbs, Handicrafts, Homemade
Soaps, Baked Goods and more. We consider this an
exciting idea, with great potential to encourage
buying and living local!
Date and times will be based on vendor availability and
